It is very central. clean and nice. small bedroom is very small ıt is not fit for an adult. Location is the keyword. I enjoy it a lot.

Very clean, spacious & fully functional flat in a great location. Extremely helpful host, defo a keeper.

We have only two negative comments. First, the kitchen equipment. No toaster and a crappy frying pan. The rest was all of normal standard (no luxury) and in good working order, as was the rest of the equipment in the flat, though sparingly furnished to accomodate 5 adults.That is our second negative, there was only two comfortable sitting places in the livingroom, so not place for 5 adults to enjoy some restful tv-watching at the end of day.. - For cancellations within 15 days prior to the arrival day we charge the 100% of the total amount.
- Cancellation on the arrival day or no show we will charge the 100% of the total amount.
- Cancellations must be notified to us by e-mail to info@habitatapartments.com and acknowledgement of receipt must be sent by Habitat Apartments.

Advance payment
- A 20.00% of total price is charged on your credit card for all reservations.
- The balance is payable to our representative at check-in on the arrival day.

Check-in
- From 15:00 to 21:00
- Early check-in is possible from 09:00 and there is an extra charge of 10 € (subject to availability).
- For check-in from 21:00 there is an extra charge of 30 €.
- For check-in from 23:00 there is an extra charge of 40 €.
Check-out
- Before 11:00
- In case you want to store the luggage in the apartment later than 11:00 you must call us the day before your exit day and we will let you know if it is possible.
Additional information
City tax
- 6.8800 € per night and person will be added to the total price.
- The tourist tax will apply to a maximum of 7 nights.
- The tourist tax does not apply to those under 17 years.
