La situation géographique est parfaite pour les visites des sites touristiques ( à pied, en métro ou en bus). L'appartement est spacieux et fonctionnel agréablement décoré. Nombreux restaurants et petit commerce ouvert 24/24 à proximité.

Appartement très bien situé, au coeur de Barcelone, avec accès directs à tous les bus, métros, rues principales.... une vue superbe, moderne et stylée !

Amazing location. Close to touristic bus, airport bus, and in the middle of everything. The cleanness of the apartment is beautiful and much excided our expectation. Albert (check in guy) did a good job. I really suggest this apartment.

Cancellation
- For cancellations within 30 days prior to the arrival day we charge the 40% of the total amount.
- For cancellations within 15 days prior to the arrival day we charge the 80% of the total amount.
- Cancellation on the arrival day or no show we will charge the 100% of the total amount.
- Cancellations must be notified to us by e-mail to info@habitatapartments.com and acknowledgement of receipt must be sent by Habitat Apartments.

Advance payment
- A 19.25% of total price is charged on your credit card for all reservations.
- The balance is payable to our representative at check-in on the arrival day.

- A damage deposit of 150 € will be guaranteed by your credit card or paid in cash.

Arrival and exit day
Check-in
- From 11:00
- Early check-in is possible from 07:00 and there is an extra charge of 20 € (subject to availability).
- For check-in from 22:00 there is an extra charge of 20 €.
- For check-in from 00:00 there is an extra charge of 50 €.
Check-out
- Before 11:00
- In case you want to store the luggage in the apartment later than 11:00 you must call us the day before your exit day and we will let you know if it is possible.
Additional information
City tax
- 6.8800 € per night and person will be added to the total price.
- The tourist tax will apply to a maximum of 7 nights.
- The tourist tax does not apply to those under 17 years.
