The Fortuna apartment is located in the district of Sarrià-Sant Gervasi, also known as the upper area of Barcelona, one of the safest neighborhoods perfect for families and students for its proximity to numerous universities and institutes.
The apartment has 2 double bedrooms with small balconies, one with a double bed and the other with 2 single beds. In addition to 2 full bathrooms with an Italian shower each, this bright apartment can comfortably accommodate up to 4 guests.
The living room has a dining table for 4, a comfortable sofa, and a Smart TV, as well as another balcony, with chairs and a table.
The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need for cooking and baking.

Weekly cleaning is not included. Additional cleaning services can be arranged.
IMPORTANT ABOUT THE DEPOSIT
- 1 month stay: 50% of the month
- Stay 2 to 4 months: 1 month
- 5+ months of stay: 2 months.
Utilities (water, electricity, gas, Internet) ARE NOT INCLUDED in the rental price. To cover these services, a monthly payment of 300€ is to be made.
Note: It is mandatory to sign a rental contract before check-in.

Cancellation
- For cancellations within 30 days prior to the arrival day we charge the 40% of the total amount.
- For cancellations within 15 days prior to the arrival day we charge the 80% of the total amount.
- Cancellation on the arrival day or no show we will charge the 100% of the total amount.
- Cancellations must be notified to us by e-mail to info@habitatapartments.com and acknowledgement of receipt must be sent by Habitat Apartments.

- The balance is payable to our representative at check-in on the arrival day.

Check-out
- Before 11:00
- In case you want to store the luggage in the apartment later than 11:00 you must call us the day before your exit day and we will let you know if it is possible.
