Guitard apartment is a very comfortable apartment to stay in, the location is close to any kind of transportation, L'illa mall is 10 min walk. The area is rather quiet and secured. The building is cleaned internally. The apartment is soundproof - no disturbing neighbors. The kitchen is occupied with all kinds of necessities (a very good dishwasher).

Very comfortable apartment, 2 separate bedrooms, a sitting room, kitchen and all necessary amenities for our family of 4, very close to a metro station, walking distance from Plaça Espanya, a lively place with shopping facilities, a museum of arts, a pleasant garden with waterfalls and fountains. The staff we met on the first day was very helpful. I will recommend this place for any family seeking to feel at home away from home. - Habitat Apartments Reply:

Cancellation
- For cancellations within 15 days prior to the arrival day we charge the 100% of the total amount.
- Cancellation on the arrival day or no show we will charge the 100% of the total amount.
- Cancellations must be notified to us by e-mail to info@habitatapartments.com and acknowledgement of receipt must be sent by Habitat Apartments.

Advance payment
- A 20.00% of total price is charged on your credit card for all reservations.
- The balance is payable to our representative at check-in on the arrival day.

- A damage deposit of 500 € will be guaranteed by your credit card or paid in cash.

Arrival and exit day
Check-in
- From 15:00 to 21:00
- Early check-in is possible from 09:00 and there is an extra charge of 10 € (subject to availability).
- For check-in from 21:00 there is an extra charge of 20 €.
Check-out
- Before 11:00
- In case you want to store the luggage in the apartment later than 11:00 you must call us the day before your exit day and we will let you know if it is possible.
Additional information
City tax
- 6.8800 € per night and person will be added to the total price.
- The tourist tax will apply to a maximum of 7 nights.
- The tourist tax does not apply to those under 17 years.
