There was confusion about our arrival time with the apt rep. Our email stated that we were to meet him at 11:00 am (We will be expecting you at 11:00 hours next 12/07/2013 at Central Lauria Apartment ) - the rep wasn\'t there and hadn\'t expected us until 1:00pm. The rep, unlike the 1st rep we had earlier that week at another apt, was amazing when we did finally see him and was more than accommodating and helpful from there on in.//Comment from habitat:We are sorry for the misunderstanding about your arrival time to the apartment!This should not happen.

Really nice apartment, clean comfy beds very central, large rooms plenty of space for 7 ladies. Had a problem with the toilet in the first bathroom, tried to report it but couldn't get through on the phone so left a note. As this happened on our morning of departure it didn't cause to much of a problem. Didn't read the confirmation email we were supposed to ring at the airport to let them no we had arrived to give them an hour to get there. Fortunately it didn't take long, nice balcony!

Conditions
Cancellation
- For cancellations within 30 days prior to the arrival day we charge the 40% of the total amount.
- For cancellations within 15 days prior to the arrival day we charge the 80% of the total amount.
- Cancellation on the arrival day or no show we will charge the 100% of the total amount.
- Cancellations must be notified to us by e-mail to info@habitatapartments.com and acknowledgement of receipt must be sent by Habitat Apartments.
Payment
Advance payment
- A 15.00% of total price is charged on your credit card for all reservations.
- The balance is payable to our representative at check-in on the arrival day.
Payment on arrival day
- Cash and credit card
- 500 € bills not accepted.
- We do accept Visa or Mastercard.
Deposit
- Credit card
- A damage deposit of 250 € will be guaranteed by your credit card.
- We do accept Visa or Mastercard.
Arrival and exit day
Check-in
- From 14:00 to 22:00
- For check-in from 22:00 there is an extra charge of 30 €.
Check-out
- Before 11:00
- In case you want to store the luggage in the apartment later than 11:00 you must call us the day before your exit day and we will let you know if it is possible.
Additional information
City tax
- 6.8800 € per night and person will be added to the total price.
- The tourist tax will apply to a maximum of 7 nights.
- The tourist tax does not apply to those under 17 years.
