This large apartment is elegantly decorated and retains some of its original 19th-century features. The apartment is located right in the heart of the Gothic Quarter, just 100 meters from Las Ramblas and facing the beautiful Plaza Real which is filled with bars and restaurants.
Madoz offers five large bedrooms, a large living room with a table and chairs, as well as 2 bathrooms. It features a fully equipped kitchen and dining area.

- It is very important to respect the noise level (people, music) during the entire stay.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
- Final cleaning: 160 eur.
- Weekly cleaning not included. Extra cleaning services can be coordinated.
IMPORTANT ABOUT THE DAMAGE DEPOSIT
- 1 month stay: 50% of the month
- Stay 2 to 4 months: 1 month
- 5+ months of stay: 2 months
The utilities (water, electricity, gas, Internet) ARE NOT INCLUDED in the rental price. To cover these utilities a deposit of 350eur/month is payable by the tenant.
Note: A rental contract is mandatory to be signed before the check-in.

Cancellation
- For cancellations within 30 days prior to the arrival day we charge the 40% of the total amount.
- For cancellations within 15 days prior to the arrival day we charge the 80% of the total amount.
- Cancellation on the arrival day or no show we will charge the 100% of the total amount.
- Cancellations must be notified to us by e-mail to info@habitatapartments.com and acknowledgement of receipt must be sent by Habitat Apartments.
Payment
Advance payment
- A 20.00% of total price is charged on your credit card for all reservations.
- The balance is payable to our representative at check-in on the arrival day.

- A damage deposit of 4450 € will be guaranteed by your credit card or paid in cash.

Arrival and exit day
Check-in
- From 15:00 to 21:00
- Early check-in is possible from 09:00 and there is an extra charge of 10 € (subject to availability).
- For check-in from 21:00 there is an extra charge of 30 €.
- For check-in from 23:00 there is an extra charge of 40 €.
Check-out
- Before 11:00
- In case you want to store the luggage in the apartment later than 11:00 you must call us the day before your exit day and we will let you know if it is possible.
