This was a beautiful apartment in a wonderful location. We were 7 people and there was plenty of private space as well as gathering space. The kitchen served us very well for breakfast and lunch (then we would eat out in the evening). The views from the balconies are spectacular. The neighborhood has everything that you will need to include a major supermarket (Mercadona), several small supermarkets, fresh fruit/vegetable market, bakery, butcher, banks, cafes and specialty shops.

Lovely big traditional apartment. Close to centre. Comfortable beds. Could do with more sofas/ comfortable chairs to sit in but other than that, great.-

The apartment was beautifully decorated with style. It had all amenities we needed, the beds were comfy and clean. The host was super friendly and helpful, and the check-in was flawless. The location was close to the center, on a quite busy street - so despite well isolating windows, sensitive people should chose one of the backyard-facing bedrooms. The only minor gripe we had was the exclusive use of super bright, white LED direct lighting in some of the rooms. Recommended!-

Stayed for 3 nights with a group of girlfriends. The apartment was very spacious and very comfortable, very comfy beds. Would recommend and would stay again. Outstanding value for money, very close walking distance to the Sagrada. Friendly welcome. Small supermarket, restaurant close by. - Habitat apartments reply:

Lovely modern apartment in an older building and a nice neighborhood. Loved all aspects of the apartment itself. The elevator is dated and tiny but that's not on the apartment. The rooms are spacious and well appointed; provided to us very clean and fully stocked with linens and towels and kitchen supplies etc. View of the main street and Diagnol (road) from the living dining areas and two of the five bedrooms. 2.5 bathrooms were spacious and sufficient.

Property is situated in a real non-touristy area which is great. The accommodation for the 5 adults staying there was more than adequate and the general furnishings bad decor is of a very good quality. The only real problem is that the road outside is extremely noisy and as there is no double glazing on the windows, its impossible to sleep without earplugs! Kitchen equipment is also slightly lacking - eg coffee machine not operative

Place was awesome. It is very large and unique. Lots of balconies, stained glass and atmosphere. Clean and comfortable.

Excellent apartment, in a grand old building, with high ceilings
and what appears to be the original lift in full working order.
Can't fault it, great location, wonderful city.
Selected this apartment because of its proximity to
La Sagrada Familia which is astonishing (I'm not one bit religious).
It's a travesty that the Guinness Storehouse is supposedly the
number 1 tourist attraction in Europe.

Appartement idéal, décoré avec soin, spacieux pour les 7 personnes que nous étions.
Très bien situé et calme le soir.
Hormis un léger souci d\'écoulement de l\'eau dans la 2d salle de bain, tout était parfait.
Je conseille cet appartement.

Very nice large & spacious apartment , rooms well placed for large family group. Location good with option of street & inner courtyard bedrooms. It would have been nice to have some soap in each bathroom & salt & pepper pots in the kitchen. We found it a perfect stay for our family.

We loved the apartment overall!! Very spacious, beautiful and comfortable. Excellent location and fabulous views but with that comes a bit of street noise. Very comfortable beds and linens. Might have enjoyed a few more \"starter items\" like salt/pepper/sponge/ dish detergent...Only other minor suggestion would be adding a lamp to living room as overhead LED spots not cozy. Overall we were thrilled !

Very nice apartment in a centrally located area between Passeig de Gracia and Sangria Familia. Large space, looks new & well furnished. We were only 3 of us but chose this apartment for the decor and location (The apartment can sleep 11 persons if need be). Supermarket, Restaurants and Coffee Shops are all within 50 m away which makes it very convenient.

Very nice, modern and large apartment in Eixample. It is very near La Sagrada Familia and La Pedrera. Lots of markets, foodshops and very good restaurants in the neighbourhood. You can take the subway to the old part of the city: Las Ramblas, Santa Maria Del Mar, ... and to the sea ( Barceloneta).
We can recommend this apartment to everyone.

The building is stunningly preserved in character, the lift is so unique to the building\'s character. The inside of the apartment is beautifully and modernly designed with all the mod cons you\'d expect air con in main bedrooms although the apartment is so cool we didn\'t need it most days. Occupied back double bedroom, quiet from traffic but upstairs tenants made quite a bit of noise with a child stomping around // Habitat comment: Thank you for your comments, we are sorry about the noise and hope it was not too disturbing.

The apartment was exactly as shown in the pictures, spacious, very comfortable and well equipped. The location is unbeatable, a 5 min walk to Sagrada Familia (views from two of the rooms) and 10 mins walk to Paseo de Gracia. The representative from Habitat was unfamiliar with the apartment, did not know how many A/Cs, did not know the instructions for the washer/dryer. We called Habitat and could not get help. We had to go to a store to find s out. //Habitat comments: We sent a new person that didn't now exactly all the details of the apartment. We apologize for that.

This apartment was the perfect place to stay for our two families of nine people total (5 + 4). The pictures are accurate - the apartment really is that beautiful. The high ceilings, furnishings, and terraces all contribute to the comfort and elegance. All the amenities worked well -- wifi, washing machine, bathrooms and more.
The metro station is easy to get to and simple to use. Our host was right on time to welcome us, which was much appreciated after a long journey.

The apartment is in a more residential neighbourhood within easy walking distance of Sagrada Familia and the Metro. Even though it was a residential neighbourhood, there is still lots of cafes and restaurants nearby. the Metro was easy to use to get to all other main attractions. Habitat was there on time to meet us and when we had a small issue with the safe, they sent someone to help. would recommend.

Great apartment and great location. We stayed at the apartment for our family gathering and worked out very well. Apartment is clean and every thing is brand new. Well decorated. Management company was very responsive and accommodated our requests and needs.
