The apartment offers one double bedroom, with 2 single beds together, and a spacious sunny terrace with a nice view as the apartment is located on the fifth floor, with elevator access.
In addition, you'll find 2 complete bathrooms; one with a shower, toilet, and washbasin; and the second with a double washbasin, shower, toilet, and bidet.
In the living room, there's a double sofa bed that when opened is 70cmx190cm, two laptop workspaces, a dining table with four dining chair, and access to the terrace.
The kitchen is fully equipped, including a ceramic hob kitchen, fridge/freezer, oven, microwave, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine, kettle, mixer, toaster, iron & ironing board, as well as many kitchen utensils for cooking and baking.

- Weekly cleaning not included. Extra cleaning services can be arranged.
IMPORTANT ABOUT THE DAMAGE DEPOSIT
- 1-month stay: 50% of the month
- Stay 2 to 4 months: 1 month
- 5+ months of stay: 2 months
The utilities (water, electricity, gas, Internet) ARE NOT INCLUDED in the rental price. To cover these utilities a deposit of 300eur/month is payable by the tenant.

Cancellation
- For cancellations within 30 days prior to the arrival day we charge the 40% of the total amount.
- For cancellations within 15 days prior to the arrival day we charge the 80% of the total amount.
- Cancellation on the arrival day or no show we will charge the 100% of the total amount.
- Cancellations must be notified to us by e-mail to info@habitatapartments.com and acknowledgement of receipt must be sent by Habitat Apartments.

Advance payment
- A 20.00% of total price is charged on your credit card for all reservations.
- The balance is payable to our representative at check-in on the arrival day.

Arrival and exit day
Check-in
- From 15:00 to 21:00
- For check-in from 21:00 there is an extra charge of 30 €.
- For check-in from 23:00 there is an extra charge of 40 €.
Check-out
- Before 11:00
- In case you want to store the luggage in the apartment later than 11:00 you must call us the day before your exit day and we will let you know if it is possible.
