Ideally suited for all major Barcelona sight-seeing, within walking distance of many historic places and very close to the old part of the city. Metro station 2 minuites\' walk away. Apartment was very well equiped and extremely clean. Roof terrace with a plunge pool which was fab. Unfortunately when we arrived we had no pillow cases or duvet covers, but Habitat sorted this out quickly. The wifi never worked and the front bedroom was noisy at night, due to faulty double-glazing, overall 8/10 // Thank you for the review! We informed the owner and the mentioned problems are being sorted out. Habitat Apartments Team

Cancellation
- For cancellations within 30 days prior to the arrival day we charge the 40% of the total amount.
- For cancellations within 15 days prior to the arrival day we charge the 80% of the total amount.
- Cancellation on the arrival day or no show we will charge the 100% of the total amount.
- Cancellations must be notified to us by e-mail to info@habitatapartments.com and acknowledgement of receipt must be sent by Habitat Apartments.
Payment
Advance payment
- A 17.00% of total price is charged on your credit card for all reservations.
- The balance is payable to our representative at check-in on the arrival day.

- 500 € bills not accepted.

- A damage deposit of 400 € will be guaranteed by your credit card.

Arrival and exit day
Check-in
- From 15:00 to 20:00
- Early check-in is possible from 11:00 and there is an extra charge of 40 € (subject to availability).
- For check-in from 20:00 there is an extra charge of 40 €.
- For check-in from 23:00 there is an extra charge of 50 €.
Check-out
- Before 11:00
- In case you want to store the luggage in the apartment later than 11:00 you must call us the day before your exit day and we will let you know if it is possible.
- Late check-out is possible till 15:00 and there is an extra charge of 40 €.
Additional information
City tax
- 6.8800 € per night and person will be added to the total price.
- The tourist tax will apply to a maximum of 7 nights.
- The tourist tax does not apply to those under 17 years.
