Nuestro estadía fue muy buena, el dpto es como se ve en las fotos, no funcionaba el microondas y enseguida lo cambiaron , súper recomendable. La ubicación excelente con el metro a 50 metros .

Definitivamente volvería a rentar este apartamento. La ubicación es excelente, a pocos metros de la terminal de autobuses y del metro, una parada de taxis casi en la puerta, y caminando a todas las mejores e imprescindibles cosas para ver o hacer en Barcelona. Incluso area de grandes tiendas, mejores marcas y restaurantes y bares y minimercados para que no falte nada. Ademas el apartamento es muy comodo y completo, todo estaba limpio y en orden. Buenas sabanas y toallas, y vistas a la plaza.

- For cancellations within 30 days prior to the arrival day we charge the 40% of the total amount.
- For cancellations within 15 days prior to the arrival day we charge the 80% of the total amount.
- Cancellation on the arrival day or no show we will charge the 100% of the total amount.
- Cancellations must be notified to us by e-mail to info@habitatapartments.com and acknowledgement of receipt must be sent by Habitat Apartments.

- A 20.00% of total price is charged on your credit card for all reservations.
- The balance is payable to our representative at check-in on the arrival day.

- In case you want to store the luggage in the apartment later than 11:00 you must call us the day before your exit day and we will let you know if it is possible.

- 6.8800 € per night and person will be added to the total price.
- The tourist tax will apply to a maximum of 7 nights.
- The tourist tax does not apply to those under 17 years.
