It was a very nice apartment, although the distance to the centre of the city was longer than we thought in the beginning.

Overall very good. The interior of the apartment is lovely and the location is even better. We really enjoyed Barcelona. We will come back and we recommend Habitat Apartments to our friends and family.

In general we were happy with the service provided. the apartment was clean and well equipped and offered a good and economical solution for a family of 4. Yet, we have some complaints: the sofa is not a proper bed for the fourth person, the washing machine was broken,on arrival we had to wait about half an hour to the apartment representative before we checked in, in the kitchen we suggest to have some dish washing materials, there were not enough proper towels.

Nous sommes une famille de 6 personnes venu à Barcelone passer quatre jours. J'ai réservé un appartement dans le quartier des ramblas de Badal, que je ne connaissais pas. Le quartier est très sympa et populaire, avec un grand marché, des commerçants (SUMO, Lidl epiciers en tout genre et restos) c'est donc très pratique. Pour circuler pas de soucis, les bus sont en bas de l'immeuble, la gare de sant à 5 minutes à pied, le métro à 10 minutes. L'appartement se trouve dans un petit immeuble ( voir sur google map) nous étions au 2nd étage avec ascenseur (petit). L'apartement est petit mais clair. Les matelas sont très confortables. Nous étions côté court et n'avons pas souffert du bruit. Un bémol concernant la vaisselle, un peu juste. Concernant le service rendu par la société "habitat appartement" nous n'avons pas eu de problème, Alberto nous a bien accueilli, et a été à l'écoute de nos demandes ( il m'a installé un matelas supplémentaire). cette location a donc été une bonne surprise. Il faut souligner que le tarif était très correct ( 250 €). Au final, je recommande vivement cette location et félicite les employés pour leur professionalisme.

Super position, well connected by the metro, clean and a little bit small, but super ok. Very serious contact person! You can stay there anytime! Sure we will be back again!

We stayed in Sants 1 this past week for 3 nights. The apartment was good and it helped us having one with our 3 kids. A few comments I would like to make: The acoustics in the building are not very good. We had an incident with rowdy tenants on our second night, however, Alberto dealt with it the best he could and even slept in the building the night after. If/when we come back to Barcelona we will definitely look you up. Thanks! Yoav

Its a good apartment, but the kitchen had lack of utensils. In general I liked very much. Thank you very much and thanks to Alberto too.
