Good location - easy to get around Barcelona from as there are 2 metros within 5 mins walk. Liked that we were left in peace to enjoy our stay but had phone number of habitat rep in case of problems ( We didn\'t need to see rep as no probs) Some extra cutlery and cups would be useful. A nice apartment in a good location.

Very comfortable apartment with good relation Quality / Price. The appartment is near from Camp Nou (20 minute walk). It is close to two metro lines (l5 - Badal, l1 - Mercat Nou). Albert - the contact person - is very nice and helpful.

Muy buen apartamentos, nos ha parecido maravilloso. Situado a pocos minutos del centro de Barcelona en metro o bus. Las dos habitaciones del departamento, muy bien amobladas y cómodas. La cocina muy bien equipada con lavavajillas. Buena conexión a Internet. La atención por parte del personal fue excelente.

- For cancellations within 30 days prior to the arrival day we charge the 40% of the total amount.
- For cancellations within 15 days prior to the arrival day we charge the 80% of the total amount.
- Cancellation on the arrival day or no show we will charge the 100% of the total amount.
- Cancellations must be notified to us by e-mail to info@habitatapartments.com and acknowledgement of receipt must be sent by Habitat Apartments.

- A 19.25% of total price is charged on your credit card for all reservations.
- The balance is payable to our representative at check-in on the arrival day.

Check-in
- From 11:00
- Early check-in is possible from 07:00 and there is an extra charge of 20 € (subject to availability).
- For check-in from 22:00 there is an extra charge of 20 €.
- For check-in from 00:00 there is an extra charge of 50 €.
Check-out
- Before 11:00
- In case you want to store the luggage in the apartment later than 11:00 you must call us the day before your exit day and we will let you know if it is possible.
Additional information
City tax
- 6.8800 € per night and person will be added to the total price.
- The tourist tax will apply to a maximum of 7 nights.
- The tourist tax does not apply to those under 17 years.
