I found the apartment conveniantely located and comfortable, but there were also some faults: firstly we had to stay in 2 different apartments, that meant 3-4 hours lost because of moving. Secondly the airconditioner turned off in every 10 minutes so it was quite hot.Some things were broken as well. All in all it was a great place to stay and i would definitely recommed it to my friends.

Very nice apartment, good location and pleasant staff. Some promised repairs still pending.
I would definitely rent apartment again.
Conditions
Cancellation
- For cancellations within 30 days prior to the arrival day we charge the 40% of the total amount.
- For cancellations within 15 days prior to the arrival day we charge the 80% of the total amount.
- Cancellation on the arrival day or no show we will charge the 100% of the total amount.
- Cancellations must be notified to us by e-mail to info@habitatapartments.com and acknowledgement of receipt must be sent by Habitat Apartments.
Payment
Advance payment
- A 19.25% of total price is charged on your credit card for all reservations.
- The balance is payable to our representative at check-in on the arrival day.

- A damage deposit of 150 € will be guaranteed by your credit card or paid in cash.

- Early check-in is possible from 07:00 and there is an extra charge of 20 € (subject to availability).

Check-out
- Before 11:00
- In case you want to store the luggage in the apartment later than 11:00 you must call us the day before your exit day and we will let you know if it is possible.

City tax
- 6.8800 € per night and person will be added to the total price.
- The tourist tax will apply to a maximum of 7 nights.
- The tourist tax does not apply to those under 17 years.
