I chose on purposely an apartment which wasn't in the city centre, since I was looking for a safe area. The apartment is located in a great place 5 min walk to the Metro station (Mercat Nou) and there are shops everywhere. We lived on the top floor, and boy oh boy; the view and balcony was great!
This is where normal Spanish people stay. Amazin place!
Alberto is a nice guy who helps you with anything. We needed a taxi 3AM and he provided us with a guy who could trust.
We had a great time!
Conditions
Cancellation
- For cancellations within 30 days prior to the arrival day we charge the 40% of the total amount.
- For cancellations within 15 days prior to the arrival day we charge the 80% of the total amount.
- Cancellation on the arrival day or no show we will charge the 100% of the total amount.
- Cancellations must be notified to us by e-mail to info@habitatapartments.com and acknowledgement of receipt must be sent by Habitat Apartments.
Payment
Advance payment
- A 19.25% of total price is charged on your credit card for all reservations.
- The balance is payable to our representative at check-in on the arrival day.

- 500 € bills not accepted.
- We do accept Visa or Mastercard.
Deposit

- A damage deposit of 150 € will be guaranteed by your credit card or paid in cash.

Arrival and exit day
Check-in
- From 11:00
- Early check-in is possible from 07:00 and there is an extra charge of 20 € (subject to availability).
- For check-in from 22:00 there is an extra charge of 20 €.
- For check-in from 00:00 there is an extra charge of 50 €.
Check-out
- Before 11:00
- In case you want to store the luggage in the apartment later than 11:00 you must call us the day before your exit day and we will let you know if it is possible.
Additional information
City tax
- 6.8800 € per night and person will be added to the total price.
- The tourist tax will apply to a maximum of 7 nights.
- The tourist tax does not apply to those under 17 years.
