The Sidé apartments are the ideal place to experience the true atmosphere of Barcelona, their perfect location will allow you to explore the labyrinth of ancient and narrow streets, all of them surrounded by shops and characteristic cafes of the city.

The building is made up of 5 apartments for rentals of months, all recently remodeled and decorated in a cozy and elegant style.

Sidé 2 has a capacity to accommodate up to 3 people, offering an open space living room and lounge, exposing its Catalan vaulted ceilings and brick walls, which provide a modern style with charming touches. Additionally it offers a master bedroom with en suite bathroom, a single bedroom and a full bathroom to share.

The apartment has a fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, utensils and appliances), washer / dryer, heating and air conditioning with aerothermal system (A ++) and WiFi.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:
- Final cleaning: 90 EUR
- Weekly cleaning not included. Extra cleaning services can be arranged.

IMPORTANT ABOUT THE DEPOSIT IN CASE OF DAMAGE:
- 1 month stay: 50% of the month
- Stay from 2 to 4 months: 1 month
- 5+ months of stay: 2 months

Consumption are NOT INCLUDED in the apartment rental. The approximate cost of consumption is 300 euros/month.

Note: A rental contract is mandatory to be signed before the check-in.

Cancellation

For cancellations within 30 days prior to the arrival day we charge the 40% of the total amount.
For cancellations within 15 days prior to the arrival day we charge the 80% of the total amount.
Cancellation on the arrival day or no show we will charge the 100% of the total amount.
Cancellations must be notified to us by e-mail to info@habitatapartments.com and acknowledgement of receipt must be sent by Habitat Apartments.

Advance payment

A 20.00% of total price is charged on your credit card for all reservations.
The balance is payable to our representative at check-in on the arrival day.

A damage deposit of 2550 € will be guaranteed by your credit card or paid in cash.

From 15:00 to 21:00
Early check-in is possible from 09:00 and there is an extra charge of 10 € (subject to availability).
For check-in from 21:00 there is an extra charge of 30 €.
For check-in from 23:00 there is an extra charge of 40 €.

Check-out

Before 11:00
In case you want to store the luggage in the apartment later than 11:00 you must call us the day before your exit day and we will let you know if it is possible.
