An excellent apartment -- one of the quietest and best-equipped of the 30+ apartments I've rented in Barcelona over the past 25 years. It's an interior apartment (which is what makes it quiet) so no view and the little balcony faces the large square made by the other surrounding buildings and it doesn't get much direct sun but who cares when you can actually get a great night's sleep in comfortable beds! Nice kitchen. Smallish living area/sala but enough for 2-3 to lounge. A block from the metro

tout à fait conforme a nos attentes, un appartement cosy et fonctionnel ideal pour 4 personnes, situé au coeur de l\'eixample a 100 m du metro urgell avec une boulangerie, un dia en bas de la rue et à 15 minutes de la rambla et de la plaza catalunya. appartement propre, facile d\'entretien, bien équipé. seul point un peu moins positif l\'isolation (les voisins du dessus avec leur talons !!!). mais super satisfaite pour le prix !

A great apartment in a fabulous district of BCN. The apartment was spacious and clean and situated well for a variety of local restaurants and also getting around in BCN. the airport bus stopped a couple of roads down from the apartment so good for journey to and from airport. We didn\'t eat in the apartment but lots of utensils etc if you wished to do so. Would stay again.

Unic Apartment was the perfect choice for us. It is in a fantastic location, yet very, very quiet as it is at the back of the block.
The apartment was spotlessly clean and well fitted out with quality bedding. I would certainly stay here again and would recommend this apartment. Habitat were good to deal with just be sure you know the number on the intercom to press as the representative to give you access and keys will be inside and the numbers are a bit tricky.

This apartment was perfect for my son and I. Everything worked properly, from the air conditioning to the cable TV. While there is a bustling city outside, it is surprisingly quiet inside and great for sleeping. With only one block to the Urgell Metro, and 4 blocks to Placa Catalunya, there is no shortage of restaurants, coffee bars, and grocery stores, all of which are excellent in both quality and service.
If you stay here be sure to get a falafel from the pizza shop around the corner.

Absolutely a FANTASTIC apartment. We were met at the apartment at the arranged time. We were very pleasantly surprised at the super quality of the \"Unic apartment\". The bedrooms,bathroom and living room were all top class. We chose this location for peace and quiet as opposed to living in the centre of town. Taxi to Port Olimpic costs only 10 euros and even less to the cathedral or Ramblas. Only 5 minutes walk for the airport bus which leaves from 125 Carrer Sepúlveda, or a bus to Sitges.

very quiet at night (difficult to find in Barcelona), but appartment itself is quite dark, and living space very small (ok for 2 people eventuaaly + 2 kids, but to small for 4 adults

The apartment was great, in a great location. Perfect for everyone.
We were late arrivals by about an hour and a half, and the person who met us was very accommodating, despite having young children waiting for her at home.
Clean, quiet, with wifi, flawless plumbing, good appliances, and a \"no-muss-no-fuss\" approach to checking in and checking out. Great small bars and restaurants everywhere. Even got a haircut. Metro station a block away.A desperate foreigner\'s mall (big) just two stops away.

The Unic apartment with two bedrooms on Calle Disputacio is an excellent large apartment close enough to the historic sites and with the metro next door one can get to anywhere in Barcelona quickly.
There are many small grocery stores, restaurants from different countries including India, Thai are withing a 2 - 5 minutes. There is a pizza place right down the street.
The apartment itself has lots of hot water for showers, AC works great in every room and so does the washing machine. The balcony overlooked a huge courtyard. It was neat to see the local families having parties etc.
When we come to Barcelona again we will definitely stay here.

Very clean, well appointed apartment. Quiet location, yet within easy reach of points of interest. Easy access to bus to airport. Had an issue with the toilet, which was promptly fixed. Supermarket, bakery and restaurants all close by.

We are just back from a week at the Unic Apartment. The apartment exceeded our expectations. Very well equipped and spotless. We were very comfortable here. It's really quiet at night and has very comfy beds so we all slept very well. The settee\'s in the living room are also very comfy too
It is in a very nice are of Barcelona, but still only a 15 minute walk to Las Ramblas, or you can jump on a bus or a couple of stops on the metro
Good local shops and bakery too

The Unic Apartment was of excellent quality. It was also perfectly placed. It only takes 10 minutes to walk to both of the major squares, and 20 minutes to the port. However, you also feel that you are slightly away from the busy centre, so the streets surrounding the apartment are not as busy. It is also perfectly placed for the aerobus from the airport, as it is 2 minutes walk from a bus stop, to and from the airport. We were there for the football, and a 10 minute walk takes you to Tarragona metro station which leaves only 3 or 4 stops to get to the Camp Nou. Perfect.

This apartment worked out very well for our family of four. We spent a week over Christmas here and it worked out great for us. We were pleased with all aspects: location, comfort, space, etc.

Stayed at the Unic apartment on 1st trip to Barcelona. Having booked via the internet for the 1st time, I was a bit nervous, but everything was as promised - including iron, hair-dryer and TV with UK SKY channels! Met by Irene, who despite not speaking much English managed to explain everything to us.
Apartment is very central, only 2 stops from Placa de la Catalunya on metro (10-15 mins walk), and on direct bus route to Airport. Lots of nice bars & restaurants close by, especially Zian.

We, two adults and a 2 year old, stayed 9 nights at the Unic Apartment and had a very pleasant stay. The living room is a bit small, but the sofa is great! The lady who welcomed us was very friendly and helpful. We also loved the neighborhood with a supermarket just around the corner, a lovely place to have breakfast a few houses further, and lots of restaurants in the area.

The apartment at Calle Diputacion was instrumental in the enjoyment and success of recent trip to Barcelona. It was conveniently located near the Urgell Metro Station, and within walking distance of Plaza Catalunya and Ramblas. The spacious 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom unit was well equipped and quiet. We were able to keep electronic contact with our friends, family, and work, and access the web through the apartment's wireless network.

Overall this was a great apartment - well maintained, clean, nice size bedrooms, comfortable beds, nice bathroom. The location was great just 1 block from the Urgell metro stop. Plenty of room for 2 adults and 3 kids. There was an extra portable bed for the 5 person. The only minor problems were a slow shower drain and a wobbly coffee table. Habitat Apartments was a very professional and organized service.

Great apartment that was extremely well equipped in a great location and a wonderful value for the amount of space. One warning: The wireless internet is a USB aircard! There is no wi-fi.

Comfortable and clean, close to transport. Would have been helpful to inform guests of nearest wifi cafe for iPad use as USB only useful for laptop.
Sofa in living area too large for apartment, but very pleasant for short stay for up to 4 people.
Habitat Apartments: Wifi internet is now installed (Jan 2012).

We had a great stay. The apartment was clean and beautiful. Two problems, the kettle has an english plug and we had to boil water on the stove. The cost of the person waiting for us due to us being late was excessive at €15 per hour. I know it is listed in the documentation, which we did not read untill after the fact, but it was a bit excessive as we where late due to an accident in which they closed the motorway in Zaragoza.

El apartamento es muy bonito, luminoso y bien ubicado. El problema es que no tiene mesa ni sillas para comer. Solo una barra pequeña donde pueden comer 2 personas. Pero al ser 5, 3 personas tuvimos que comer en la mesa ratona sentados en el sofá, lo cual es bastante incómodo, sobre todo para personas mayores. Tampoco nos pusieron sábanas en las camas ni jabón en la pica del baño y cuando llamamos al móvil que nos dejaron para solicitar lo que faltaba, nadie contestó.

Gostamos muito do apartamento. Confortável, limpo, bem equipado e bem localizado. Difícil encontrar algum ponto negativo (talvez o pouco espaço para fazer refeições). Voltaríamos a nos hospedar lá.
We loved the apartment. Cosy, clean, good facilities and good location. It\'s hard to find anything bad to say about it (maybe the lack of a proper table in the kitchen/living room areas). We would book it again.

The apt. is very comfortable, clean, modern and close to everything you'll need. Just around the corner is a great bakery called Gilabert (awesome ensaimadas), 3 supermarkets, an internet access place and a great Italian pizza restaurant called Napolitane (great for kids). The metro is very close and the airbus (blue bus) is about 3 blocks away on Urgell/Roma.
When we return to Barcelona, we would stay here again.

Our Unic apartment was the perfect 'home from home' and contributed enormously to our enjoyment of Barcelona. It was ideally located within walking distance of many of the major tourist attractions and close to a metro stop, restaurants, supermarket and market. The apartment was clean and comfortable with a fully equipped kitchen so we enjoyed eating in on a couple of occasions. We had travelled with our teenage son and would recommend this apartment to families as it was spacious.

Our feedback is all positive. Our experience was very good...lovely accomodations, very clean, excellent location. We were very happy, and will happily recommend to our friends. The only comment I might make is that if the person meeting guests with the key be able to communicate in their language. But, the person that met us was able to connect us via telephone to your office and your office folks were able to answer our questions in English.

We had a very enjoyable time in Barcelona.
The apartment was excellent. It was exceptionally clean and well equipped. Extra items such as the drinks in the fridge and reading material available made this a very good place to be based while we were in Barcelona. The location itself is very good. It is a short walk to the Ramblas and one block from the Metro. We found it very easy to get around from this location. We found your service to be very good and reliable and will seek to use you again when we visit barcelona.

We had rent the Unic apartment in Barcelona. We where very please with everything, We would like to thank the nice lady who received us on our arrival. She was very kind and gave us the information that we needed. This apartment is very well situated. I am still dreaming about that place !!!!!It is very easy to walk to the center of Barcelona. The metro is a 1 minute walk.We do hope to go back one day in Barcelona. We would rent from you again with pleasure.
