The following areas describe the major areas in which our apartments are situated. While the Gothic quarter and the Born area are right next to each other and the most centrally located ones, Eixample is the largest district in Barcelona.
If you are seeking an apartment close to the beach, you will find it in our section Beach, which contains apartments in Port Olimpic, Barceloneta and Diagonal Mar.

Despite its proximity to tourist sites, the area maintains a genuine village atmosphere that is ideal for everyone. Gracia is calm, with tiny streets and green squares that give it a village atmosphere. It was an autonomous town until the late 1800s. To this day, the region proudly shows its Catalan customs and history.

Gracia is in a distinct area where everything blends together in the squares and tiny, semi-pedestrian streets where local life is most naturally expressed. There are several iconic locations in the district:

One of the must-see is Park Güell. You will be astounded by the Catalan modernist design of this expansive park created by Antoni Gaudí. There are more notable features in Park Güell besides its architecture. One of the greatest views of Barcelona, extending all the way to the sea, can be seen from this park.

The Royal Sanctuary of San José is a historically significant church located close to Park Güell. This structure combines modernist elements with a neo-Romanesque design. Since its founding in 1902, the chapel has grown to be one of Gracia's top tourist destinations.

Casa Vicens: This magnificent building is the renowned architect Antoni Gaudí's very first creation. Casa Vicens is one of the must-see sights in the Gracia area. One of the most popular tourist destinations in Barcelona, not just in Gracia, is this architectural wonder.
