Parco delle Cascine’ is the largest public park in Florence with a big historical tradition since the Medici era. Today this park offers a children’s area, an outdoor swimming pool, an attraction park, a weekly market (Tuesday mornings), Velodrome, hipodrome, an amphitheatre and generous gardens where you run or play football.
