Very friendly check in staff. Happy to give us directions when we were lost on the first day trying to find the apartments.
The apartments are in a superb location, 10 seconds off the Gran Via.
Some parts of the modern furniture are looking a little tired but apart from that a very pleasant stay and would recommend.

Conditions
Cancellation
- For cancellations within 30 days prior to the arrival day we charge the 40% of the total amount.
- For cancellations within 15 days prior to the arrival day we charge the 80% of the total amount.
- Cancellation on the arrival day or no show we will charge the 100% of the total amount.
- Cancellations must be notified to us by e-mail to info@habitatapartments.com and acknowledgement of receipt must be sent by Habitat Apartments.
Payment
Advance payment
- A 19.25% of total price is charged on your credit card for all reservations.
- The balance is payable to our representative at check-in on the arrival day.

- 500 € bills not accepted.
- We do accept Visa or Mastercard.
Deposit
- Cash
- A damage deposit of 200 € in cash will be required.
- 500 € bills not accepted.
Arrival and exit day
Check-in
- From 12:00
- For check-in from 21:00 there is an extra charge of 20 €.
- For check-in from 00:00 there is an extra charge of 40 €.
Check-out
- Before 11:00
- In case you want to store the luggage in the apartment later than 11:00 you must call us the day before your exit day and we will let you know if it is possible.
