This apartment was in the perfect location, near to the main areas in the city, near to restaurants. #The beds were very comfortable and it met out needs very well. Un grand merci à Mattéo pour son accueil et sa gentillesse lors de notre arrivée. Appartement très fonctionnel, bien décoré et douillet dans un bel immeuble. La literie est ferme mais ça nous convenait. A quelques mètres du métro, d'une station de taxi et à quelques minutes à pied de l'hyper centre. Plusieurs supérettes, bars, boulangerie dans la rue, bon restaurant japonais à coté de la porte d'entrée. Diner remarquable au bistrot Cascarro à 500 mètres. Madrid est une ville splendide.

Wonderful apartment in the Latina district of Madrid. Walking distance to most tourists sites. Stores, bakeries, meat shops and fruit stores within a block of the apartment. Small kitchen that has enough utensils to cook meals. Needed more than one dishwasher soap tablet. We cook, so we use dishes.

Great Apartment , near the Praça maior, good for people that wants to visit museums and the center of madrid.
The Latina Parking very expensive to leave the car there

The apartment was as pictured in the web site. It was very clean and comfortable and importantly central to a lot of the sites within Madrid.
The apartment was 2 bedrooms and comfortable even in the high summer heat while we were there. The air conditioning was extremely useful. Our dealings with Habitat were very professional and quick responses to all our enquiries. There were good supermarkets and bars very close to the apartment and Metro & buses also close by.

This apartment was PERFECTO! From check-in to check-out we found the experience with Habitat very easy. The apartment was in an excellent location and was a really comfortable space to retire to after long days of walking and exploring Madrid. It was well set-up for our 22 month old with a cot and high chair. Thank you for a wonderful experience in Madrid.

I stayed in Latina Black and Latina Superior with friends and we had a great stay here. The apartments are very comfortable, modern & have all the necessities to be able to enjoy a stay here. The apartment is spacious (well sized bedrooms, big bathroom). The area is walking distance to Plaza Mayor & near to typical bars/restaurants in the La Latina area (Cava Baja...). Highly recommended for a stay in Madrid!

The appartment is as described in the site. It s very well located in the old part of the city. We walk everywhere to all points of attractions. They are plenty of services nearby, restaurants, groceries. The beds are confortable. We found the sofa not so confortable in the living rom to sit. . There is a lot of noise from the streets all night long....difficult to sleep in the front bedroom. The kitchen is well equiped but you will need to buy everything such as basic salt, pepper, etc.

A very nice modern bright apartment ideal for 4 persons as the second bedroom has its own space with wardrobes and en-suite. Location was excellent, close to metro and restaurants and the Palace 10 mins walk away.Window overlooking the street was a little noisy but we didn\'t mind as there were thick shutters inside which blocked out the sound.

Appartement bien situé, ideal pour que chaque couple puisse avoir son intimité, (2 chambres 2 salles d\'eau)
le seul gros problème est le bruit environnant tard dans la nuit et de bonne heure le matin, il serait bien agréable pour un bon sommeil de faire changer les fenêtres actuelles par des fenêtres neuves insonorisantes.

Отдыхали семьей (с 3 детьми) на майских праздниках. Удобная квартира, где есть все для пребывания с детьми. Для меня было важно близость к центру (пешком 10 мин) и наличие всех бытовых приборов (сами готовили, есть стиральная машина). Главное - не забывать уходя ключ в дверях. А то у нас получилась история, ключ внутри забыли и дверь захлопнули. Пришлось вызывать мастера и заплатить дорого. Из недостатков, наличие кафе под окнами (с одной, правда, стороны). Испанцев \"гудят\" всю ночь, нвыспались

Excellent place to stay right in the heart of La Latina. The service was excellent and Jacob was very helpful. We would come back again! Oh and you need to advertise the two bathrooms!!!! This was brilliant for six girls!!!!

The location of appartment is very good, in walking dictance of some very nice spots. The appartment had a good size (although seemed bigger in the pictures) and was nicely decorated. The couch however has had its best time....I would recommend Habitat Apprtments to friends, and will surely be checking their appartments for upcoming trips!

This apartment is in a great location for all that Madrid has to offer. Two bathrooms is also a plus. The apartment is surprisingly quiet considering the street outside. Would happily stay there again. Only two very small negative points: there were no towels available for the guest on the sofa bed, so he had to make do with a hand towel. Further, it was not unbearable, but the apartment could have done with a very good vacuum!

The apartment looks exactly like the photos. The La Latina location is perfect. It is near Plaza Major, Sol, Gran Via. Prado is within 20 minutes. Madrid is a beautiful place to visit, the people are very friendly and shopping is great.
Gabriel was great. He met us when we checked in and was very helpful and responsive to our questions during our stay.

Great location, but bit noisy. Its no surprise, thats normal near the Calle Toledo.
The apartment looked just like it did online! And the people were good for all their services.

Fab apartment in an excellent area -full of restuarants and bars The apartment is very well equipped and with 2 bathrooms are an excellent choice for couples or families.We were met by the lovely Julie who explained the features in the apartment and recommended restuarants in the area.An excellent choice in a great city-I have used Habitat Apartments in Madrid and Barcelona 7 times and they never fail to impress.Highly recommended.

The location was very good. We were only a short distance for the metro and all good restaurants. The apartment is nice, modern, clean and with all everyday necessitys. All appliances worked very well. The apartment is good value for money.

We had a wonderful stay in Madrid which was helped by the fabulous apartment we stayed in, it felt like a home away from home. The location was perfect, with plenty of bars, restaurants, shopping, galleries etc within easy walking distance. We would definitely stay here again and would not hesitate to recommend to friends and family.

I thought this apartment was in a very good location, a short walking distance to a supermarket, bus stop, metro station and restaurants/bars. The apartment was very clean, modern and very well equipt. The only item that would have been nice would be a kettle. I would definately recommend this apartment to friends.
