Appartement moderne , propre et clair . Extrêmement bien situé et assez silencieux .
L\'équipement de cuisine est minimal . Pas question de préparer de grands repas dans cet appartement. Heureusement que les restos ne manquent pas tout autour .

Thyssen was excellent for our family of 4 (kids are 10 & 12). It is modern, clean, functional, and perfectly located – in the back of Westin Palace, on a quite street, next to museums and restaurants. We have not cooked or washed clothes, but appliances look new. Apt has a fast internet and Apple TV (!). Samuel waited for us at noon (check-in time), and graciously agreed to let us check out late. Wish we could stay longer in Madrid and would come back to this apartment in a heartbeat!

Conditions
Cancellation
- For cancellations within 30 days prior to the arrival day we charge the 40% of the total amount.
- For cancellations within 15 days prior to the arrival day we charge the 80% of the total amount.
- Cancellation on the arrival day or no show we will charge the 100% of the total amount.
- Cancellations must be notified to us by e-mail to info@habitatapartments.com and acknowledgement of receipt must be sent by Habitat Apartments.
Payment
Advance payment
- A 19.80% of total price is charged on your credit card for all reservations.
- The balance is payable to our representative at check-in on the arrival day.

- 500 € bills not accepted.
- We do accept Visa or Mastercard.
Deposit

- A damage deposit of 200 € in cash will be required.
- 500 € bills not accepted.
Arrival and exit day
Check-in
- From 15:00
- For check-in from 20:00 there is an extra charge of 30 €.
- For check-in from 00:00 there is an extra charge of 50 €.
Check-out
- Before 11:00
- In case you want to store the luggage in the apartment later than 11:00 you must call us the day before your exit day and we will let you know if it is possible.
- Late check-out is possible till 00:00 and there is an extra charge of 50 €.
