Our paperwork did not mention a cash deposit upon arrival and stated that we should pay by credit card. The agent asked for 779.85 euro in cash (plus the city tax.) We had expected to pay the city tax in cash and remaining balance on credit card. He said cash on arrival was normal.We knew nothing about a cash deposit. He did agree to charge our credit card. We paid the cash deposit and he did refund it at the end. Otherwise everything went well.

This is a nice building in a good area. The A/C worked well, the bed was comfortable and it has has good soundproofing by the glass window/door (necessary). I didnt stay in the Loft due to miscommunication of my reservation, I had the other 1 BR style. It was fine but the kitchen is poorly equipped. It had limited dishes and glassware, which isn't too bad (no wine glass, for example), but there wasn't even a coffee pot which is the main thing I wanted to do, make coffee.

The web-site description is totally misleading! This is a lovely small studio apartment, wrongly described as a 60-metre apartment offering 1 double bedroom with queen-size beds and a living-dining room. That suggests two rooms; whereas its one studio room (with one queen-size bed!).The only way 60 metres can be accurate is if the terrace is included! That said, its fine for 2 people, quiet, well-located. Just get the description right! And get a TV that has foreign channels! // Julia from Habitat: Many thanks for your review. We had a great holiday. Location good, weather good, spent most evenings out on the balcony.

Apartment very well located with a large terrace to spend time.

The location was perfect. The building was quiet; no street noise. The design and atmosphere of the apartment have been beautifully maintained, the furniture was comfortable and in good condition. The apartment was clean and the terrace was pleasing.

El apartamento cuenta con muy buena ubicación, a pocos pasos de las principales calles de Barcelona y muy cerca de Plaza Catalunia. El ático es amplio y cómodo, además cuenta con buena equipamiento . Estancia tranquila y privada. El chico del check in muy amable.

Excellent location, super apartment and one or two little problems were sorted out quickly and efficiently by Albert. Loved it.

We were very satisfied with our stay in Eixample Loft apartment. Apartment was what we expected. Good but not luxury. We have already recommended it to our family and friends. It may happen that our friends with names Valimaa or Seivo will contact you to book the apartment. We ourselves did get recommendation on Habitat Apartments from our friend MS Elena.

My friends and I had a wonderful time at the loft, and the patio was a lovely touch that made our sunny stay extra special. It was in a great area, with access to wonderful stores and restaurants.

Apartment was expensive for us, but in a great location. We loved the balcony. Alberto was very flexible and responsive to our changing schedule. He provided additional information about transportation options and the city.
