Perfect location. Very safe area and the apartment was clean and spacious. Quick walk to Sagrada Familia, Las Ramblas, Gran Via, Bus station, and excellent restaurants.

We had a wonderful stay in Barcelona. The apartment was perfect for our family of five. The location could not have been better. The street is quiet but we were easily able to walk to everything. We loved the apartment for our family of five. It’s quiet, central, clean, and spacious. It’s in the middle of a tree lined block with about a dozen coffee shops and restaurants within a 2 minute walk. My only complaint, and it’s a small one, is that there should be instructions on trash/recycling (what to sort, where to take it, etc). Otherwise, this is a really nice apartment for a family visiting Barcelona. HA:Thank you very much for your comments. A beautiful and very comfortable huge apt in the best Naighborhood n Barcelona. We stayed here for a friends trip and we where 5 people and all very comfortable. The apt has it all, 3 br and 3 baths and a huge living room perfect for gathering after long days in the city and also a balcony. The kitchen and bathrooms are new and modern and we loved our stay. Upon arrival at the apartment, Renata was there to greet us and help us to understand how the apartment systems operated. She was prompt, professional and asked if she could make any suggestions on our travel plans. We should have asked for more specific directions on the washer and dryer as it was difficult to figure out how it worked. Also, it would have been nice to have more than one towel per person for the entire week. The Garden View apartment was a great location with many restaurants and cafes nearby. The bedrooms and bathroom s are a great size for our family of 5 adults. The amenities were nice - hair dryer, towels and soaps. The exterior door from the building lobby to the street was tricky. Sometimes it was very hard to open and other times it wasn’t even locked or latched when we came back to the building. - Habitat Apartments Reply: thank you for taking your time to share your review with us. We had high hopes of the apartment with all the previous positive comments an we were not disappointed. The 3 bathrooms was ideal for our group. The communication with Sito was always 1st class. Very nice and big appartement

Greta place to stay centrally located and one of the me still air bnb's I have stayed in. Was there with a group of friends and there way plenty of room for all us

Location was perfect. Apartment was exactly as described and met our expectations

This was a fabulous apartment for a long weekend break. Its central location meant we could easily walk to many of the lovely attractions in Barcelona and for the one person in our party that had mobility issues, the metro one & a half blocks away get us the flexibility we needed. The apartment itself is lovely - proper relaxing sofa space for 5 people and a fully equipped kitchen which meant we could easily do lunch/supper on a couple of occasions no problem. Highly recommend this place.

The Garden View aparment is a beautify very clean and modern apartment in a very nice area of Barcelona. The apartment is located two blocks away from a local open air market `La Concepcio' which has just about everything you'd need for breakfast, lunch, hors d'oeuvre, or dinner. There is also a good size super market 2 blocks away for some sundry items you may need to provide (i.e. dish soap, spong, dish towels, laundry pods). There are a number of resturants within walking distance.

Excellent apartment, roomy, comfortable, aspect at rear of apartment overlooking courtyard and pool etc was relaxing, living areas superb, great kitchen, TV in 2 bedrooms and lounge, executive standard, overall good value compared to chain hotels, the lift only fits 2 people but the location is an easy walk to the main streets, attractions and stations, we could have stayed here longer and would do so if going back to Barcelona

What a fantastic apartment! Clean, well stocked with kitchen equipment etc, towels and toiletries. Perfect location for getting around the city. Would definitely recommend it to friends and will definitely return.

The apartment was lovely but there were no tea towels and there was a lack of kitchen equipment, this was not an issue for us as we ate out all the time but anyone who wanted to cook a meal would have difficulty. There was also no wine or cava glasses but a call to the office put that right. what was a disappointment was the nearly non existent wifi and what could have been disastrous was the locking mechanism on the front door to the apartment block.
