Excellent place to spend a few days in barcelona. Good neighborhood, good connection to public transport, apartment renovated and clean, and fully equipped. As only drawbacks, saying that we were on the first floor and we had little daylight, but normally we spent the whole day outside, so it was not a big problem; and maybe a bit of traffic noise, but nothing to prevent a peaceful sleep

Posto comodo, metro a 200 metri e ad una stazione di distanza dalla sagrada familia. E' come essere in un albergo solo che si è in un appartamento. massimo confort e pulizia. Arrived to a lovely welcome, apartment was very clean and modern, with plenty of space for the 4 of us. It was less than 10minutes stroll from the apartment to the Sagrada Família which is absolutely stunning, from here we had the hop on hop off passes to explore the city which is well worth doing to see everything! Excellent family stay. The apartment is as they publish it. The quality-price rate is good. The location a few meters from the Sagrada Familia and metro connection with the rest of the city were super practical to move inside Barcelona. I recommend it. Ottimo appartamento a dieci minuti a piedi dalla Sagrada famiglia, in zona tranquilla sia di giorno che di notte. La metro è praticamente sotto casa. L appartamento è comodo e confortevole, dotato di tutto (anche la lavastoviglie e la lavatrice, macchinetta del caffè, forno, fono,..).. tutto in perfette condizioni e pulitissimo. Unico neo? Mancava la carta igienica.. in un posto dove il livello di comfort è così alto, io li metterei due/tre rotoli di carta igienica a disposizione.

I really enjoyed my stay at Cool Jazz 13. The apartment is located in the perfect spot near Sagrada Familia which makes it a very good starting point for all the walks and drives around Barcelona. The staff is great and friendly, apartment was in a good condition. Truly recommend! We will be back :D

Very clean and spacious apartment, renovated to higher standard, close to local shops and cafe's in a quiet residential neighbourhood. The only negative thing about the apartment is the location - it is not walking distance to the centre or the beach. Have to change 2 metros to get to the city, which, when travelling with kids can be annoying. But on the other side, if you want to get this kind of comodity in the city (renovated 2 bedroom), be prepared to pay at least 50% more.

all good! The apartment was super new and well equipped. It´s located in a nice area. Loud when you open the windows, but quit when they are closed. You can sleep well. The receptionist was super helpful always.

this hotel was amazing, it had good location with shops and places to eat everywhere and the beds were amazing.
