Our stay was really enjoyable and made our break in Barcelona something we will remember. The flat is modern yet charmy, fully equipped and caters perfectly for a family of five. Located at a stone throw from Metro station: we were able to visit the city without ever moving the car (parked just in front at fair rates). It was chilly at evenings when we were there, nevertheless we took advantage of the terrace at 7th floor which is a nice spot to relax after the daily strolls. Nice and cool apartment in a residential area of Barcellona:Clean and good service provided at arrival (Info,house explanation).The neighbours are safe and with shops,restaurants and services (Metro).More towels would be appreciated. Only thing I don't agree is that the deposit damage is blocked for 7 days after departure, while the apartment is not checked simoultaneously with the customer,this was not explained in the general conditions but only explained by the rep.

El apartamento estaba bien, lo mejor de todo las camas, muy cómodas, y la chica que nos atendió de noche. Tuvimos un problema con la calefacción que no funcionaba del piso que nos habían asignado, llamamos al teléfono de emergencia y en seguida llego una chica al apartamento, siento no acordarme de su nombre, que nos día solución en un momento, cambiándonos de apartamento.
