Very nice apartement, very clean and cosy! Comfortable beds and well equipped!
The agency is very good with a 24H emergency number.
Will definitely stay again in my next travel to BCN.

First of all I would like to thanks owner for earlier check in. Very friendly person. The apartment is located in beautiful area where you have close to everywhere. The apartament has a lovely balcony which introduce you in spanish climat. Honestly I refommend this place!

Very good location. Good apartment layout. If there was no noise at night from the visitors to the bottom of the club, everything would be great. Considering that Barcelona, the night city, everything was fine!

This apartment was a very comfortable home base for our few day stay in Barcelona. It offered plenty of space for a family of four. Evenings on the balcony were a highlight!

We stay there for 4 nights.
The apartment was clean and with all comfort.
The location is perfect to visit Barcelona
The only remark is that we reserved for 5 but there were only 4 beds ready..

Rooms spacious and clean- comfortable beds
Bathroom- large with shower and washer. Small terrace overlooking main road (very quiet)
3 min walk to nearest metro stop
15min walk to la rambla
Very clean, only the lift let it down in that it was a little old and really had to push the doors open

Loved the location and the professional process with accessing keys and meeting with the Habitat representative. Can recommend EaSeeTrip for arranging transport from the airport. Diana, the manager really very courteous and helpful as was the driver.

Nice location, beautiful century apartment. We were 3 sisters staying but possible to stay 4 because of the 2 bedroom.

The location of the apartment was perfect and safe. We enjoyed the spaciousness and kitchen compared to a hotel. However, the tv wouldn't work for us. The washing machine had no directions and would not drain. Your representative (Charlie) who met us was helpful and kind. the beds were comfortable. We would stay here again because of the great location.

The apartment was exactly as pictured. Dmitry met me even though I was about 20 minutes late. The apartment is in a very safe area and central location. There are several super markets that are close, a couple of cute places to grab coffee and a bite for breakfast. The apartment has a shower that has good water flow and very clean. The beds are very comfortable with nice bed linens. There is a washing machine and a clothes line outside the bathroom window. Main bedroom can be noisy at night.

Flat was nice, the location was good and check-in was easy. We enjoyed the sunny terrace, the large main bedroom with lots of clothes storage, and the fact there is a lift in the building.
I think, for the price there could be some improvements, including the linens (which were poor-quality and bleach-stained), some fixes to the stained and battered walls, and an updated coffee/espresso machine.

Everything was excellent! Location close to la Rambla walking distance very quite building the apartment guide was so friendly hospitality and balcony more than amazing modern and new furnished with a brand new kitchen staff. We were so comfortable

We very much enjoyed our one week stay in the Bailén Balcony. It is well located in walking distance to the old city centre and metro stations are close by. Habitat service was good as well. We found that the kitchen could be a little more equipped but we managed to get around. People sensitive to noise might have an issue as it can get quite noisy in the evenings and nights from down the street, we slept with ear plugs and found this acceptable given the central location.

My partner and I stayed with Bailen Balcony for a week in September during our trip to Barcelona. We had a wonder stay. The apartment is well located and equipped. The only minor problem was that we had trouble with the A/C - it never seemed to actually work. Habitat comments: Thank you for sharing your opinion. We appreciate your remark concerning the air conditioning, we check it and repair it.

Good location nearby metro and supermarket.
Noisy apartment.
Payment information on the website is wrong and deception! There is a different between paying by a creditcard and by Pin, bankpass. We even asked before if payment with pin was possible and received answer yes , payment by creditcard should be 4% additional cost.
When we arriveved we also had to pay 4% additional cost while we paid by pin. We disagreed but had to pay !! Habitat comments: Thank you for your feedback. We would like to inform you that we accept credit and debit cards as well, but concerning the 4% commission fee, there is no difference. We informed you about this by e-mail before your arrival and you also had the chance to pay in cash to avoid the extra charge.

greeted as agreed and on time by very helpful representative from habitat apartments.
apartment is a short walk from les rambles and easy find . its is well equipt and the small but beautiful balcony is the business.
make use of the luggage locker shop listed in the apartment book
eat out in restaurant La Locanda ,at carrer doctor joaquim pou 08002 and ask for georgie the lead waiter.................its georgeous and very very well priced for the standard of food and service

Good kitchen and large bathroom. We had some problems with the bed but this was solved the same day. The people of Habitat are very kind and helpfull. Really a great plus! The apartment was just perfect ! I have alreday recommended it to my friends. Nice, clean, comfortable, super location.
Check-in representative welcoming us was very professional and helpful.
The only minus is the noice from the street but since it is a city center location you cannot avoid it.

The apartment is lovely, it does look just like the pictures. Very clean. Spacious. Comfortable beds. Great kitchen and bathroom. Lounge area with wee balcony a perfect space to relax. Heating excellent if traveling in winter months. Very safe and secure.
Within walking distance to many Barcelona attractions or buses, underground rail nearby and taxis everywhere.
We had a fabulous stay and would definitely return.

Apartment was in quiet area,walking distance to Rambles and metro station very close by. Apartment was well equipped with all kitchen utensils you could think of. Looked exactly how it did on the photos,very clean and perfect for 4people I would say. DVD player if you fancy a night in. Heating very good, wifi signal excellent. Very comfortable and spacious, nice little balcony too. Fridge and freezer, oven were spotless, dishwasher was handy too. Walk in shower, great temperature and power.

99% brilliant. The problems we found didn\'t spoil our stay and we would return..
Problems
No shelves in shower or bathroom
Bathroom lock/handle fell off in use
Bathroom sink isn\'t very practical
No drying rack for dishes
No ashtray
Traffic noise on weekdays (unavoidable in most flats I assume, our friends in a 5 star hotel had the same) / Habitat comments: Thank you for your comments, we will take them into consideration and fix the bathroom handle.

Nice place to stay in the area.
Clean rooms, good beds
only coffee facilities missing in the apartment , but a very good little Cafe \"Molika\" only 50 metres away with good cafe con leche.
a little bit loud but normal in Barcelona because of the rubbish collection in the nights

We had a wonderful stay in the apartment, it is brand new and the balcony is lovely for people watching. It is located in an area that is no so well known but it is still in the centre and you can go on foot to many places. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend it.
