In overall, the appartement is very good, the self check-in procedure is convenient. The appartement was very clean.
Just some detail could be improved like the firelighter and the iron was not working. The air-conditionner in the living room is not strong.

The apartment is wonderful in wanderful old building in one of the best district of Barcelona, very close to Batllo house and La Pedrera house. The communication with Habitat Apartments was great with very clear information. If you want “live” in great place during your trip in Barcelona book this apartments. Perfect for one or two couple and for big family :)

This was our second stay in these apartments and it didn't disappoint us. Ideal location plenty of space. Nos encanto el departamento, muy amplio, cómodo y lindo. Esta muy bien equipado y las camas son cómodas! La ubicación es muy buena, es un lindo barrio, con el Metro y buses cerca, a una distancia caminable de Plaza Catalunia. Para el check in se presentaron en horario y no tuvimos ningún problema. - Habitat Reply:

We spent a weekend in Barcelona, we liked the apartment very much, great location, staff and cleaning, . We had only one problem, there were 5 of us and the staff did not provide us with a bottom sheet to sleep on the sofa bed. We informed them but, as it was late (9 pm), they replied that they could only intervene the following morning. So we had to sleep in 3 in a double bed. Despite this, I recommend the apartment even if it is not right to pay for 5 people and have only used 2 double beds. - Habitat Reply

We stayed Barcelona Balconies 10 apartment with my family between 6 and 8 October 2018 . We, especially my grand daughter (who is one year old) liked very much apartment. This time our visit was very short but next time we will stay there longer.

Fantastic place, good area. The Airconditioning might need some servicing and the shower maybe. Other than that it was great. Had a slight water problem on the first day but it was sorted out withkn hours. Thanks so much

Great spacious apartment near to where you need to be, walking distance to the centre square about 15 minutes, very comfortable beds!! Only downside was that there was no tv channel in English so couldn’t watch any tv

Wonderful apartment in Eixample district. All of the staff we dealt with were outstanding. The apartment was spacious and well equipped. Big comfy bed, great lounge area, good views from balcony. Only downside was washing machine didn't work properly but in fairness we didn't contact the team as I am sure they would have sent someone to fix it. Upmarket area with classy bars and restaurants but a bit of a distance from the slightly more authentic old tapas joints.

Great apartment. Great location. Memorable holiday. Just 2 issues - Habitat should explain check-in procedures on the website or confirmation note - we were wandering in the street, with bags, in the rain as we could not locate the apartment and we were unaware that a representative would meet us at the front door (Dimitry) - we were only saved by a friendly shop keeper who called Habitat to get instructions. Second, notwithstanding assurances, the washing machine did not operate as advised.

Wonderful apartment in very pleasant and central location. Tastefully decorated. Nice balaconies to sit out, eat breakfast and enjoy the tree lined street.
Bedroom at the back much quieter than the one at the front. Spacious for a family of 4. A couple of things were in need of repair but they were fixed quickly on reporting them.
Cleaners were still there when we arrived for our agreed check in at 3pm, which I thought was late.
Would recommend to a friend and would definitely book again.

Very comfortable apartment in great location. Ten minutes walk to Catalunya. Diagonal metro only five minutes away. Lots of eating and drinking places in immediate locale. Apartment clean and well equipped. Only teeny moan is that we only got one bath sheet each and one hand towel between three. We had to use hand towel as a bath mat because no full length shower curtain meant water inevitably went on floor.

My friend and I shared this apartment for three nights. It was spacious and airy. It was clean and with all the basic necessities we needed. I was a little apprehensive at first because previous reviews had mentioned thin towels and poor internet, but Habitat has stepped up and addressed these issues. The location was great; Enric Granados is a really cosy street with small bars and restaurants for different wallets.
I would definitely recommend this to a friend.

Everything is good except of the raundry in the apartment because the raundry is broken.
I think it is needed to repair.

Beautiful apartment with lots of room. Lovely residential area of Barcelona and the balcony is great. Second time we have used habitat and both places have been very nice. Recommend !

Great apartment in a great location. Amazing for couples or groups of friends in an amazing quieter neighbourhood but only ten minutes walk to the playa catalunya

Great location and well equipped and spacious for a family of 4.
Due to the city centre location, it was very noisy in the front bedroom (traffic, motorbikes, bins), but the back bedroom was fine.
Had problems with the washing machine.

Less than 10 minutes to Passeig de Gràcia, 5 min to the nearest metro station Diagonal, quiet n safe neighbourhood, supermarkets and good restaurants within one block of the appartment. Perfect location!

Muy bonito departamento. La ubicacion es perfecta, en una zona muy bonita,tranquila y cerca de todas las calles con tiendas y restaurantes de moda.
Muy limpio y con todas las facilidades necesarias.
Definitivamente una gran opcion para visitar Barcelona y sentirse un poquito local.

Apartment exceeded our basic needs. Decent size and lots of light with the windows open. Main attractions and amenities within easy walking distance - otherwise, plenty of transport options. Sleeping in the front bedroom could be rather difficult with the street noise however I\'m sure this is to be expected in the city centre. Overall, lovely stay and would book with Habitat again.

My friend and I had a pleasant stay at this nice appartement. The appartement was big enough for us and we both had one bedroom. We would recommend this appartement for one or two couples or a family with kids. The appartement was well equiped and clean and we loved the balconies. This was the second time we rent from Habitat Appartements and also this time we were not disapointed!
