Gran Via 1B Apartment

Perfecta ubicación totalmente céntrica.

Muy buena opción, muy bien situado en Madrid, con todas las comodidades necesarias.

La verdad que en las fotos parece más grande de lo que es luego realmente. Solo lo hemos usado para dormir, y por lo general bastante bien.

Piso de interior céntrico y muy bien ubicado. Le falta arreglar los desconchones y rozaduras de las paredes, así como algunos apliques del cuarto de baño. Todos los problemas que nos hemos ido encontrando nos los han arreglado. Buena atención.

The apartment is located in the center of the city and close to Puerta del Sol. Very good location. In the night is quite and is also nice the \"veranda\" also if is without view. The mantenace should be improved. The Assistent it\'s very good person and support me in all my need also with late check-out (8.00 pm) that I appreciate a lot.

The apartment was large, very clean, but fairly basic accommodations. Beds were comfortable, bathroom was large and well equipped. There were some small repairs needed, but nothing major. Overall a very pleasant experience.

Very clean and modern brilliant location, quite noisy in the morning from neighbours and builders.

We found the apartment clean. Location was excellent and the apartment had no road noise although the flushing of everyone else's toilet could be heard in the bedroom.

The best feature of this apartment is the location, a few steps off Gran Via and a short walk along shop lined streets to both Puerta del Sol and Plaza Mayor. In addition, the layout of the apartment is great as the kitchen / living room area are separated from the bedroom by a long hallway which provides a lot of privacy between the two. Our only complaint was the availability of the internet in the apartment. The WI-FI access point was likely in the main office downstairs as our laptops got very week or no signal most of the time making it unusable. There also was a lot of confusion by the staff over which network we were supposed to use and what the security key. In the end we had to leach a wireless connection off a non-secure network in the area which also had poor signal strength but would work about 75% of the time. This was a disappointment as the apartment clearly lists internet availability in the description.

The apartment was functional, clean and comfortable. also, it had a great location right next to the Gran Via. I loved the patio to relax in the evening!
