Our apartment was in an excellent location, quiet, no traffic noise and with a very good choice of restaurants and cafes nearby. My emails to the office before arrival were always answered promptly and the representative who met us outside the apartment on our arrival was very polite, friendly and informative giving good advice about the area and the city generally. The apartment is in a great location, 10 minutes on foot from Placa Catalunya. The area is pretty quite and safe. The apartment is a bit older than it seems from the pictures online but is fine. the cleanliness could be improve, the fridge was not really clean, but for us was not really a problem cause we always go out to eat. in general it was a great stay and Sito was really kind.- Habitat Apartments reply: It is delightful to read that you enjoyed not only our accommodation and facilities but also the quality service you were provided with our staff. Apartment wonderfully placed in the city in a respectable house quite next to Arc de Triomphe. Beds comfy, sofa accommodates 2, views towards quiet inner yard. Kitchen ok.

It was a lovely apartment but we did think it was 2 double rooms not 1 double and 1 single Position was great close to everything Overall a very nice apartment

Plenty of space, comfortable beds, decent kitchen including a small pack of vitals and a fridge freezer with ice cubes already there. The air-con works fine and there are balconies in the living room and the main bedroom. Bath / decent shower - although the shower leaked a little bit onto the floor. Location is perfect as it's very close to the arc de triomphe, metro and three bike hires although we usually walked most places. Supermercat opposite is open very late and loads of restaurants.

The apartment was in a really good location. The sofa bed didn't pull out properly which wasn't so good but one person could sleep on the sofa anyway. We really enjoyed our stay in Barcelona.

Apartment was clean, bright & well placed for local shops, restaurants & metro stations. Although it says it sleeps five, it is really only big enough for three adults. The hot water ran out after three showers and didn't heat up quickly enough when needed. The kitchen is well equipped with fridge/freezer, dish washer & washing machine, I think it was an expensive place to book, but it is very conveniently placed for visiting the surrounding areas.

We stayed for a few days in Barcelona in August and found the apartment to be just about perfect. It was large enough for the three of us, was very clean and bright and was excellently located about 1 minute's walk from the Arc de Triompf Metro station and within walking distance from the Barri Gotic. The only minor issue we had was that Habitat Service could not find us a number to book a taxi to that airport at 4.30am, but we simply booked one via the Halo app.

Excellent apartment and second time of staying here. Great location for traveling to main attractions in Barcelona with plenty of local shops, cafes, bars near by. Some small minor niggles but overall very pleased and would return again.

The apartment is very well located and within walking distance of all the main tourist attractions with the advantage of being in a quiet area with plenty of little shops, bars and restaurants. The Habitat staff were kind and very helpful when two of our party became unwell. Would definitely stay there again.

This apartment was perfect for me because of the location. It was quiet and tranquil yet just a short walk to the centre of Barcelona. It was lovely to look out onto the courtyard gardens. The quality of the apartment was excellent too. Spacious, very comfortable, homely and ultra clean. Loved it and would definately want to stay there again when in Barcelona.

Well located and roomy apartment and reasonable value at originally booked price. My attempt to book an extra night was frustrating because of poor communication between Habitat and Booking.com. Was not happy about 4% surcharge for using a Mastercard.

Very nice apartment which meeted our needs in terms of price, location and layout. Great to have a separate kitchen and bedroom to the living space, though too much Ikea furniture to make this a superior flat. The check-in went smoothly. We would have liked a few more supplies in the kitchen such as more bowls, olive oil for cooking and salt/pepper etc. As we were there over Christmas it would have been nice to have a few homely comforts such as satellite TV, a few DVDs and books etc.

Apartment was very clean and location was excellent. We did like that the arc de Trimphe was so close. Had every convenience we could want for the 7 days stay in the kitchen - washing machine, dishwasher, oven, micro, etc. Did have a problem with next apartment television being very loud until 1:00am each night. Talked to them and they did turn down slightly. Otherwise very quiet apartment - no outside noise whatsoever.

The accommodation was perfect for us. Excellent location, very quiet, clean, well designed and equipped. We were able to walk easily to the areas and coast that we wanted to visit. The nearby park and cafes were a bonus. Note: we couldn't get the satellite TV to work - said 'no signal' but that was probably our incompetence. It didn't matter anyway as the location, weather etc was so brilliant that we had no desire to watch TV..

Great apartment, great location, everything we needed.

Accommodation was excellent - very clean and everything you needed. Location was also perfect - next to the beautiful Arc Triomf and a relatively easy walk into the main centres of Barcelona. Should also be noted that accommodation was very quiet being at back of building so no disturbed sleep. Basic supermarket and lots of cafes to hand. Service from Habitat also excellent throughout.

This is a great apartment! It is clean, light and very quiet. The bed is comfortable and the WiFi works well. Couple of suggestions: Have some kitchen basics, like salt, pepper, olive oil. Also, you need to replace the seal at the bottom of the shower screen--water floods over the bathroom floor whenever you take a shower. (Responded & reported)

Very happy with the this apartment and will be sure to consider it again when visiting Barcelona. The habitat team made it easy to arrive and were flexible with our times. The single room was a little on the small side but very neat and tidy. My only suggestions maintain a very basic provision of condiments for international visitors would make the overall experience a quality one.

Super Lage nur 5 Min. von der Ubahn "Arc de Triomph" gelegen. Alle Fenster zum Innenhof also sehr ruhig nur im Haus etwas hellhörig (Man versteht jedes Wort vom Nachbar TV). Küche war bei Anreise etwas dreckig. Nur 2 Rollen Toillettenpapier und nur 2 Spülmaschinentabs für 5 Nächte, also lieber bei Anreise kontrollieren und evtl selber mitbringen. Sonst sehr empfehlenswert.

The contact was very good and helpful. We arrived 1,5 hours in advance, but it was no problem to get earlier check-in. We felt very well here. The appartment is bright, quiet and komfortable. Whithin a short walk you are in the old town of Barcelona. All shops are round the corner. The shower was broken when we arrived and repaired the next day. Things to improve: A teapot and more big cups. We recommand this place, thank you!

The apartment is nice an quiet; windows are towards the backyard and we did not hear a beep from the neighbours. The apartment is next to a park. There are three bakeries nearby, a deli accross the streer an a supermarket within few blocks. Easy walk to Las Ramblas. Arc de Triomf metro station is next block.

My husband, son and I visited Barcelona last summer and stayed at the Alibei 3 apartment. I have only good things to say about our stay. The location is excellent; it is very close to a central subway stop and to the Arc. It is with walking distance to Barri Gotic. The apartment itself is very pleasant and probably recently renovated because it looks new. What we liked a lot was that even though we were close to most of the sights, the apartments was quiet. I definitely recommend it.

This apartment is just as presented online. Great location, safe, quite and peaceful at night, wifi excellent. Apartment is spacious and well furnished. Great to have aircon and in the evening you get a cool breeze from the windows that open onto the balconies. Bathroom is excellent, however would have appreciated provision of more toiletries (though small convenience store is across the road). Absolutely brilliant. Apartment was quiet, spotless, great location close to Arc De Triomphe, within walking distance of centre and easy access to all attractions. Boys loved WiFi access and we used it also. Can't fault, would definitely recommend

A lovely apartment in a quiet location by arc de triomf, yet centrally located from which to explore barcelona. We came with our three sons, aged 9, 11, and 14 and had an excellent time made all the more so by the efficient and pleasant service from habitat. Our stay in Barcelona was very comfortable in the apartment Alibei 3. The apartment is spacious, the beds comfortable, and the kitchen equipped. Useful for a family with two children like ours. It is also close to the subway and grocery stores.

great location:15 min to walk to the placa catalunya from where you can take the turistic bus, can touch very easy with a walking to LA PEDRERA, CASA BATLO, SAGRADA FAMILIA, ABGAR TOWER, LA RAMBLA, PICASSO Museum, CHOCOLATE Musem. very quiet, a lot of bars and restaurants around for eating and drinking, shopping. next time in Barcelona I will book the same apartment.

We really enjoyed our short break in this apartment. It was a good size for 2 adults and our 2 teenage boys and was well equipped. It's in a quiet location, close to the metro, with many sights within 10-20 mins walk, and small supermarkets close by. A couple of suggestions - it would be good to provide a drying-up towel (in case you don't want to use the dishwasher) and extra toilet paper. Would definitely recommend this apartment.

Clean and spacious rooms with all the ammenities including Wi Fi. Located within a 5 minute walk to nearest metro and approximately 20 minutes to other sites including marina, plaza catalunya and gothic district.

The problem with the air conditioning unfortunately spoiled our stay in Barcelona but Habitat's response has been very professional and attempts were made to fix the problem while were there. (Air con problem now fixed - Habitat). That said the apartment suited our needs very well. Thank you.

Alibei 3 is a very quiet apartment with everything needed for a comfortable stay. It is close to restaurants, metro and supermarket. Only 10 minutes walk to Catalunya. Taxi rank close by at hotel on corner.

Nice and well-decorated apartment – a restful oasis right in the centre of Barcelona and… in a beautiful building. The mattress in the single room was unfortunately not so comfortable. (Habitat Apartments: we have checked the quality of the mattress and it is in good condition. We've received no other comments about it). The only things we missed: toilet paper renewal, a teapot, a tea strainer and dish/tea towels. (Habitat Apartments: we leave 2 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom, we will keep in mind the rest of things to be added in the apartment). Anyway this is definitely a place to recommend!

Two bedroom apartment between three people and was very spacious and comfortable. Was close to metro, and a leisurely walk took us to many fantastic local eateries and shops. Would definitely recommend for families or friends travelling together. Only bad point was that the rubbish bin was abit broken, but otherwise very clean and comfortable. (Habitat Apartments - we sorry about that. It has now been replaced. Thank you!).

The location was good. It was quiet at night, walkable to all the sights, shops and restaurants. Exactly as pictured on the website. Services offered were good, domestic appliances were excellent. As we booked at the last minute it was good value for money. It was excellent, absolutely everything was provided.

Fabulous apartment. Renovated from top to bottom. Greeted by representative. Not happy about having to spend 13 euros (taxi) to go to the office to have the luggage stored. Office staff extremely friendly and personable though.
