Nice apartment with lots of room and space for clothes and luggage. Loved the private patio off the main bedroom as well as the balcony that overlooked the alley way. Kitchen was well stocked with all appliances and necessities. Pro's Great location. Walk to anything in minutes. Modern finishes Second wash sink is convenient for larger families. Washer /Dryer Con's The shower is super small. Larger people will not be comfortable. Need to replace pillows. When we checked in we received one roll of toilet paper for 5 guests. The pullout is worn and the front room is noisy late into the evening due to location. Every door in the apartment squeaks. Beds need new mattress pad. Habitat Apartments' response: Thank you very much for your comments. We shall use these to improve the apartment and our service.

A nice, spacious apartment in a great location. Could use a new coat of paint, and some basic supplies like paper towels, but is otherwise very clean and comfortable. And Natalia was great!

Good central location and modern decor inside. Nice comfortable beds, clean and tidy. The only thing that let it down a little was the lack of natural light and the communal front door which was really difficult to unlock and we were locked out the first time we went out and came back, but a neighbour helped.

Had a very nice time in the apartment but shower door falling off did report but nobody came and it was quite dangerous also shower does not work very well either boiling hot or freezing cold . From one of the apartments above we come came home a couple of times to find cigarette ash and Stubbs on the terrace . Apart from that We would definitely came back here again Habitat comments: Thank you for your feedback. My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this apartment. The young lady that met us upon check in was very pleasant and walked us through everything we needed to know. This was our third visit to Barcelona and we have stayed in this neighborhood before so the location could not have been better for us. We would definitely recommend both this apartment and this company to anyone wishing to visit Barcelona.

Very nice renovated and furnished apartment. Location is excellent! Cleaning really needs more attention.... Very dusty floors and I found many long black hairs everywhere. Fab apartment, wonderful location. Friendly welcome. Needs fresh linen as towels are tired. Would be good to have a welcome pack of tea /coffee /sugar etc Wifi didn't work most of the time and we reported this but not sure if they did anything as we didn't get the promised call back. That said, we would book again for the location!

PROS: Location is very good, size of apartment also very good CONS: shower is too small, apartment needs better cleaning, towels need to be replaced (old). Needs toiletries such as paper towels, napkins, and soap.

Points positifs : bel appartement, très bien situé. Bon standing. Points négatifs : literie - le lit est grand (160) mais le matelas est beaucoup trop mou dans la chambre principale. Quelques produits de douche de meilleure qualité et en nombre suffisant seraient les bienvenus (2 petits gels douche pour 4). Séjour agréable

Well located apartment which was clean and had all amenities for a comfortable stay. I do think the Internet should mention that there are a few steep steps up to the apartments. We have stayed here two years running and found the representatives are very friendly and helpful. We would happily stay here again.

Die Lage ist hervorragend, trotz Kneipen vor der Tür war es einigermaßen ruhig zum Schlafen. Denn 1 Schlafzimmer geht auf den Mini-Innenhof (mit Mini-Terrasse), das andere hat schlicht kein Fenster, sondern nur eine Luke zum Wohnzimmer. Das muss man mögen. Weil sie im 1. Stock liegt, ist sie eher dunkel, was im Dezember kein Problem war. Die Wohnung ist sehr gut ausgestattet, sogar mit Waschmaschine.

A good apartment in a very good location, ideal for bars, restaurants, walking to ramblas/Barceloneta and the metro. Habitat Apartments arranged our transfers to and from the airport which was excellent, as the apartment is not easy to find if you are not familiar with the area, but the driver took us straight to the front door and telephoned Habitat to let them know we had arrived. The state of repair only scored 8 as the bathroom looks a bit tired and could do with freshening up a bit. Simple things such as a new shower head would help.

all in all good value for money. Great location. Spacious flat although very dark - mad to have the light on during the day. This apartment is very well located in the heart of the Gothic Quarter and less than 100m from the Picasso Museum. The Metro is within a 5 minute walk and there are dozens of bars, cafes and restaurants nearby. The apartment is well stocked and spacious. The main bed is large, but the mattress is a bit hard. There is some noise from the alley / street below but we slept pretty well. Because the alleys are so narrow the sun doesn't come in the windows in the morning. We would come back.

We really enjoyed the apartment. The location is unbeatable. It was clean, the air conditioning worked well (for our 40C heat wave) and the internet was excellent. We were greeted by a very helpful assistant who gave excellent restaurant, food, and other recommendations.

The location is perfect. We enjoyed our stay very much. The only problem was the toilet. It was broken when we arrived and we had the repairman twice where he tried to fix it. On Saturday he gave up but instead of contacting us he just left a note saying that a trained plumber would come on Monday. We had a major problem with the toilet the rest of the weekend. Habitat was very helpful when we called, but in the end we had a broken toilet 5 out of 7 days. Habitat comments: Thank you for sharing your experience concerning your stay. We apologize once again that the technician couldn´t repair the toilet on the weekend and you had to wait until Monday. We are really sorry for the inconveniences. The location was great! The handover of the keys and run through of the apartement worked out great, the guy from Habitat was right on time, gave a good impression and was very helpfull. Overall the apartement was nice, equal to a 4-* hotel, except for the bathroom/toilet. It was really small, not that cleaned on arrival and the water was leaking out from the shower. Sorry to say but It didnt match the rest of the apartement. We will probably book through Habitat Ap again in the future! Habitat comments: Thank you for your kind feedback. Good Quality apartment in an excellent location close to bars, restaurants and supermarkets. Apartment was clean and well catered for, Only downside was the door leading off the street was not able to be locked, was told this would be repaired upon arrival. This was never repaired which made us slightly nervous about security, overall good accomodation / Habitat comments: thank you for your review. We are sorry about the problems with the door, we are still in process with fixing it and our apologies that we could not fix it during your stay.

We loved the apartment mainly because of the location! It was a perfect place to stay in Barcelona! The only reason I gave the apartment some low scores was because the AC stopped working 1/2 through our stay, the towels could have been a better quality and the car service we booked through the company did not help us find the apartment very well upon our arrival. // Habitat Comments: The Air Condition command gets broked and we replaced it in the same day. Also have inform the Transfers Company that must help better our clients to find the apartments.

Nice apartment in a fantastik neighbourhood! Really enjoyed our stay!

We had a very good stay. The apartment is spacious, very good located, in the heart of El Born, Barcelona Ribera, but on a small quite side street. Lots of intresting shops, restaraunts nearby.Many thanx to Miss Alexandra who welcomed us, explained everything and gave many tips about area and city. We would love to come back.Thank you! Fantastic apartment for families with tremendous location. The proximity to restaurants, the little grocery store, the park and the beach made this an ideal base for our first trip to Barcelone. We will definitely recommend the Born 1 apartment to friends - well equipped, nice amount of space and excewllent service. The Habitat team was greta in dealing with the malfunctioning AC on our trip. While getting it repaired they brought in extra fans to make sure we were comfortable in all the rooms. Well done and thanks!

Nice apartment in great location. A few minor annoyances: Could use an upgrade of kitchenware, specifically knives and pans,why are there never any wineglasses, and please spend for some hangers/hooks for towels in the bathroom.

It would be nice to have the possibilty to stay longer in the apartment and use the facilities after 11am. We would gladly pay an extra fee to stay in the apartment in the afternoon.

Great appartment for 3 or 4. Location is perfect in a lively section of the city. The appartment was very clean, a bit dark as you expect in the Born area, but you don't visit Barcelona to stay in your apparment!

Fabulous location in El Born, nice clean tidy apartment. Only complaint was that the WiFi didnt work which would have been very useful. (WIFI is now working well! Habitat Apartments Management).

We had a very nice stay in Barcelona. The apartment was spacious and very well located with a nice terrace. Only the Airco was not working well (Air con is fixed now - Habitat Apartments Management), and it might be more pleasant if we would get new towels twice a week. Overall it was perfect!

We loved this apartment; fabulous location allowing us to feel part of Barcelona, albeit briefly. Only problem was the washing machine which does not have a dryer function. Thank you to habitat apartments for making everything easy and welcoming.

Generally very good. Love the location and apartment is large and nice. It would be good though to have some basics, like salt, etc in the kitchen, as well as some soap for the washing machine.

We loved Born 1. The location was amazing. We even enjoyed hanging out our clothes each day. The pull out couch worked great too. The apartment is basic, but ample for our family of 5.

Nice apartment but a little bit dark, i would say born-like. Nevertheless good value for the money.

The fantastic location of the apartment both for cultural and for culinary excursions. Furniture and equipment are IKEA but friendly and quite adequate as long as you don't want to cook seriously (which you shouldn't do since the place is surrounded by very nice bars and restaurants!).

This is such a great location, both because it is beautifully central, and it is full of really friendly people. The apartment was perfect for our whole family - with the ability to come and go independantly from each. Can't wait to come again.

Only one towel each not enough for 5 days unless you want to wash them. Also only one tea towel. I would however stay again fantastic location.

Location could not be better...better! Style great. My husband loved all the English channels, internet, appliances great. Price a little over our budget but was fantastic and would recommend it. Everything was great!

The water heater doesn't work as we expect. The water was not warm enough (Habitat Apartments Management - this is now fixed so hot water heater has no problems). For the rest of the items everything was fine.

The booking and arrival process was smooth and efficient. Location is fantastic and despite being close to bars and restaurants the bedrooms are quiet and comfortable.

The location of this apartment cannot be beaten. Right off Passeig del Borne, 5 minutes to Barri Gotic and 10 minutes to the beach. It is surrounded by bars, restaurants and shops. The apartment itself was exactly right for us.
