Apartamento limpio y grande,
ubicación muy conveniente.
Hay muchos bares y restaurantes
en los alrededores, la estación de
metro L5 está a 100 metros.
Realmente disfrutamos de.

The apartment was spacious and modern. The fridge wasn’t working on arrival but was fixed without any fuss. It is a good area to stay in and not too noisy at night except for Saturday. The shower was magnificent. The only downside was the sofa cushions where the faux leather was coming off so little bits got around the apartment. An authentic stay in a wonderful city. The apartment was spacious and very well equipped. Habitat are a very friendly and accommodating company. They have helped with all questions and issues and done their best to resolve them when they arose.
The area we stayed in was perfect for stepping out of the apartment and having a fabulous choice of bars and cafes to simply sit at and watch the world go by. Although a little noisy due to being on a crossroads this can be fun for people watching.

This is our third time staying in Balconies 2 for an annual 2 week holiday. We highly value the location and general comfort of the space. We did have issues this time with check-in, a communication break-down, and had to pay a fee even though the agent was there to check in the other two in our party. The apartment has very minimal provisions: should offer detergent, salt, pepper. This time felt as though price was more, quality less, but again, great location and feel.

Segunda vez en los apartamentos de este edificio y segunda experiencia positiva. A diferencia del anterior, en éste la superficie de trabajo en la cocina era inferior (lo cual en mi caso no era relevante) y en cambio tenía una zona de ducha que era ducha real, no dentro de una bañera (lo cual sí era más relevante y positivo para mí). Como en la experiencia anterior, una excelente relación calidad/precio por la vivienda y la zona, mejor que con estancias similares en Airbnb. Por eso repetí.

The apartment was lovely, beautifully decorated and spacious The general location of the building in terms of exploring the city was fantastic with good connections to several of the main metro lines.Only negative comment was the noise, the noise we experienced throughout the night until the early hours of the morning was awful, garbage trucks, bottle bank emptying at 2am, 3am, street cleaning until the early hours etc. May be worth changing the main bedroom to the back room!

Once again, my partner and I had a lovely stay in Balconies 2. The location couldn\'t be better for us: we like the neighborhood and being away from the tourist crunch, yet there are multiple fine restaurants nearby and easy access to sights and transportation. The apartment\'s two balconies each have their benefits. On the down side, the Internet connection was dodgy and slow, the kitchen is limited, there is no English TV. But overall, highly recommended!

Apartment was just as it was in the pictures
Very Clean, had all you needed in an apartment stay was there
Beds very comfy and had nice clean crisp Linen
The area the apartment is in was good. Had good selection of Restaurants to choose from.
Metro is a five minutes walk, which we used quite often as its a bit of a walk say to the top of Las Ramblas. Id say a good 20 - 30 minutes walk. But with the metro it wasn\'t an issue.
I just cant fault the apartment and would stay again

Great apartment, (although not as nice as 10). Shower did not drain, so I lifted drain cover to remove hair that was blocking the outlet. This should be something that is done on a regular basis when the apartment is cleaned. Also regarding the shower, only sufficient hot water for 2 people. It ran cold after that. Apt is for 6 people. Kitchen very small, no work surface. Only 4 dinner plates. Apt is for 6 people.(borrowed 2 plates from Apt 10). Have sent e-mail regarding that. Habitat comments: Thank you for your feedback and your suggestions, we will pay better attention on the cleaning of the drain at regular basis in the future.

Very nice apartement, well equiped. The bedroom was a bit noisy /old wooden windows/. Evgenia is very kind and heplfull.

A very nice, large, clean place in a nice neighborhood. We were met and ushered in quickly, thoughtfully when we arrived - and all in all we had a comfortable four days at the apt.
A few odd things, though...
Just one wine glass, and no corkscrew - in Barcelona?
No large drinking glasses. One very very small ice tray. Details like that should bear taken care of for travelers on vacation.
Overall, we were quite happy to be where we were. Habitat comments: Thank you for your kind feedback and suggestions that we can use to improve our property.

The apartment is much larger than we expected and it is very modern and comfortable. The neighborhood is great and their are many good restaurants and shops in walking distance. It is a short walk to the Rambla de Catalunya, an elegant pedistrian street, and to the Gaudi apartments on the Passeig de Gracia. We slept in the back bedroom and it was very quiet. The bedroom on the street side may get some noise but the street is small and not all that busy. We would definitely return.

Superbe appartement, bien équipé, très bien situé et propre, dans un bel immeuble sécurisé et avec ascenseur. Correspondait parfaitement aux photos.
Passeig de Gracia à 3 blocs.
Petit bémol : l\'eau chaude qui n\'est pas suffisante pour 4 personnes. Donc douche à l\'eau froide ...

We rented one week in January 2015. It was everything we had hoped for. Roomy enough to accommodate 4 people, but we enjoyed the luxury of the two balconies, especially the sunny spot over the courtyard. Previous reviews mentioned the daycare as an issue, but we liked watching the children\'s activities and weren\'t bothered by the sounds. Limited kitchen counter space only downside.
The location was ideal for us given it was our third time in the city. Very professional organization!

We spent a wonderful holiday in this beautiful apartment in the heart of Barcelona, in a very elegant and quiet location, full of beautiful buildings, restaurants and shops. Carrer Enric Granados is one of the most beautiful streets of Barcelona ...The apartment is very elegant and comfortable, equipped with all the amenities, full of light and very well decorated. We will certainly come back again!

The apartment was comfortable, spacious, and convenient to Metro, markets, restaurants, and Gaudi houses. The AC, Wi-Fi, and TV worked well as did the elevator used for second floor access. The only surprise was intermittent noise from the day care playground located directly behind the building. / Habitat comments: thank you for your comments, we are sorry about the noise, and hope it was not too disturbing for you.

This apartment was exactly as shown and described in the advert. Its location was excellent just a 10 minute walk from the passieg de gracia and diagonal underground station. Lots of bars , restaurants and shops locally including a number of excellent bakeries. We felt very safe in the area and the local shops and bars very friendly.
The apartment was excellent, with very effective air con , modern fixtures and fittings and the check in representative helpful and friendly.
