Excelente apartamento/piso, todo en perfectas condiciones, muy buena ubicación y transporte público cercano (metro, buses, tranvia), camas bien vestidas y comodas, todo correcto y sin incidencias.
Quizá (por decir alguna cosa) solo una pequeña recomentadación, dispone de una cafetera de cápsulas... en nuesro caso nos hubiera ido mucho mejor disponer de una cafetera para usar café molido normal de fácil compra, el café de cápsulas tampoco gusta a todo el mundo, con una normal seria más fácil.

Appartement très spacieux et propre piscine très bien et emplacement très calme pas trop de passage de voitures. La terrasse est un petit plus. Par contre intégré la place de parking avec l appartement dans le prix du séjour serait bien.

Spacious 3-room apartment. The two bathrooms were particularly beneficial with three children. The pool water was pleasantly warm. After the day's sightseeing, he helped lay off. The "guide" was helpful. Due to the taxi strike and the delay of the aircraft, we managed to get a good slip (4 hours), however, only two hours of delay was charged. By metro (5 minutes walk) you can get to any part of town. The dishwasher was missing, but it was still perfect. I would definitely recommend it

Excelente acomodação, moderna e aconchegante. Perfeita para casais. Cozinha completa. Camas macias. Perto de transporte público, frutarias mercados, restaurantes, cafés e shopping. Cidade plana, boa para caminhadas. Bairro tranquilo. Os banheiros necessitam de tapete plástico para serem colocados dentro da banheira, afim de evitar tombos. Sugiro algumas amenidades como cápsula de café e uma agua para a hora do check-in. Isto surpreende os hóspedes e os deixam felizes. Comunicação perfeita!

Twee volwassenen en een kind van 2. Wij zijn zeer bekend in Barcelona waardoor wij niet de toeristische attracties af hoeven te gaan. Wil je dit wel dan duurt het even voor je er bent. Maar wil je rust, vlak bij het mooie brede strand, goede restaurants in de buurt ( rambla de poblenou bijvoorbeeld ) heerlijke parken ideaal met kids. Dan zit je hier goed. Het appartement is ruim alles zit erin. Prima baby bed. Prima gewoon bed, Schoon, goede douche, lift. Gewoon goed. Wij komen nog een keer.

Highly recommended.
Lovely apartment with great facilities. We were met by very friendly and helpful representative on arrival (11pm).
About 10 minute walk to the beach. Costs about 10 Euro's to get into city centre from Fluvia by taxi.
Barcelona is a fantastic city to visit.I would definitely go again and stay in these apartments.

Have stayed with habitat many times and really happy with reliability and quality - this Apartment was nice , clean and good location. Disappointed that the rep was 30 minutes late and we had to call the office. With elderly parents in their 80's this was not ideal as there was no where for them to sit and wait.

The apartment was amply furnished although it would have been nice to have had a bigger sofa area to seat 5 people. We visited at the beginning of April.Our representative was welcoming and we were 5 mn walk from the beach which was good. It is very quiet around there, maybe a little bit too quiet for us as there were not many local Spanish places to eat at. Unfortunately the pool was filthy and there was a smell in the apartment which might have been blocked drains.

Great area - close to the beach, close to public transportation, close to shopping/dining and a quite neighborhood. Apartment had everything needed to complete our stay.

Well equiped, spacious, clean apartment, felt like home!
Facilities such as supermarket nearby. Beautiful shopping mall "Diagnol Mar" at walking distance. 15 min walk to the beach (mar bella) and 10 min by public transport to the city.
one little thing; while taking a shower the bathroom floor got very wet (at both bathrooms) and in 1 bathroom the toiletseat was loose.

Apartment was very lovely, home from home and wifi was a nice added bonus. The air con was very good, in all rooms, was very much needed . Pool was nice, good for small children, no more than 4 ft deep. Trams and metro 5 to ten minutes walk, we used these a lot, it was very cheap and convenient. Various restaurants and shops nearby aswell as The Rambla Poblenou which was about 15 mins walk up the road. It had plenty of restaurants and bars.

appartamento pulito e grande con cucina completa di tutti acessori grande frigo e congelatore lavatrice e asciugatrice salotto con tavolo pranzo grande terrazzo con tavolo e sedie 3 camere e due bagni piu una piscina in comune, televisore piatto con satellitare wi-fi buono e lettore dvd/cd cassaforte piu atrezzi x pulizia e stirare. Aria condizionata e vari ventilatori. Sono forniti pure 2 ascigamani x persona e niente costi aggiuntivi trappola alla fine del soggiorno.

Appertment is very nice in the poble nou area. You are within 10 minutes in the city by metro. You are in a 15 minutes walk by the beach.The apartment has two bathrooms, which is handy. Wifi works very well and was much appreciated by the childeren. All in all a very good apartment for people who do not want a Hotel in de center and want to combine the beach and the city

Nice spacious apartment for family (4 adults+1-2 children) located in 5-7 min walk from the metro station and in 10 min drive from the seaside. Parking is in the subbasement with a dedicated parking lot. No dishwasher.
We rented this apartment for our vacations in Barcelona two years in a row. Both years a remote control unit for parking gate wasn\'t provided to us and we had to open it manually. The knob in the master bedroom is still broken. Still we enjoyed our staying in this apartment. Habitat comments: Thank you for your kind feedback. We are sorry for the inconvenience concerning the remote control and we hope next time we manage to fulfill this request. We take care to repair or change the knob in the master bedroom.

Very nice place, spacious and clean. The pictures shown on the website are indeed real. It is near the metro and you can even go to the beach by foot (a walk of about 20 minutes). The representative was very nice, showing us the apartment and all its facilities. We were all extremely pleased with our choise and we recommend it.

Magnifique appartement, tres propre, dans une rue calme et à proximite de tous les transports en commun (metro, tram, bus) pour visiter barcelone. Possibilite en plus de garer sa voiture dans un garage ferme compris dans la location...tres bon accueil d Alexandra qu nous a fourni tous les renseignements pour les visites. A louer sans hesiter

Clean and modern apartment in a good location of Barcelona for visits to the beach and in proximity to the conference centres. Not too far or difficult to get to centre from, by metro. Everything worked correctly and was as depicted in the pictures. The only thing that didn\'t work was the lock of the terrace door, which made us a little anxious for our belongings when we were not at the apartment. / Habitat comments: thank you for your review. Prima Wohnung für Familien. 20 Fußminuten zum Strand. Zwei große Einkaufszentren in je 10 Minuten und verschiedene Sehenswürdigkeiten ebenfalls sehr gut erreichbar. Die Metrostation ist fünf Minuten von der Wohnung entfernt. Die Ramblas vom Stadtteil 15 Minuten. Ein sportlicher und ruhiger Stadtteil, ideal für Touristen, die Barcelona erleben und erlaufen wollen.
Die Einrichtung der Wohnung ist wie auf den Bildern und der Pool ist perfekt. Anlaufschwierigkeiten wurden umgehend behoben.

Fluvia is located in a quieter part of Barcelona and on the 6th floor. There is a balcony with a table and 2 chairs which is nice for breakfast in the morning sun. The apartment is modern, clean and comfortable. Central heating was included and worked well on a cool March day. The Habitat agent arrived on time to let us in and was friendly and efficient. There is a corner shop 2 minutes away which stays open late and a Lidl supermarket less than 15 minutes walk away. Recommended.

The apartment was very nice, clean and quiet. The location was optimal with good public traffic connections with tram and metro. The neighboring supermarkt is open every day 07.00-23.30 and there\'s also a bakery across street. Big shopping mall was also within a walking distance. The swimming pool was a nice bonus.
Some things to improve: the kitchen faucet was not working, only drips of water came out, the door handle to bathroom was loose and there were not enough tableware in the kitchen.// Comment from Habitat: thank you for your comment, we have sent there our maintenance person, who fixed everything!

I can concur with many of the reviews-great location for beach and city. Small supermarket across the road on the right, small bakery on the left and bar at the corner. The area is quiet, though not particularly pretty and the veranda is small, but you can\'t have everything. Habitat staff are both welcoming and professional

Lovely flat,handy for Primavera festival & beach. However 2 issues;washing machine was unusable,hadn\'t drained,and started to smell over weekend,& swimming pool was out of commission. One of reasons we booked this flat was for the pool. We were all a bit angry that this hadn\'t been mentioned by the rep who met us at the flat when we arrived. // Thank you for your review! Geweldig mooi apartement op de 6 de verdieping van dit gebouw,de foto\'s op de site liegen niet.Prima plek voor de start van een trip in Barcelona,ontbijten op het balkaon in de heerlijke ochtend zon,in 3 min lopen van een tramlijn,neem wel voor de mensen die het gewend zijn wat keuken doeken mee. Het zwembad kunnen we niet over oordelen,deze was nog niet in gebruik,maar ziet er goed uit.

Schönes, geräumiges Apartment im 6. Stock eines Neubaus in ruhiger Lage. Anbindung an Innenstadt mit Tram, Bus. Sehr freundlicher Empfang, allerdings waren Safe und Wasserhahn in der Küche defekt. // Habitat: Probleme sind behoben (06.05.2013)

Appartement très bien situé (300m du metro Selva del mar), joli, bien équipé, lits confortables mais appartement pas très propre à notre arrivée, la chasse d\'eau des WC ne fonctionnait pas (mais un réparateur est intervenu dès le dimanche soir), poignées des portes qui ne tiennent pas ! mais ce sont des détails ! un seul manque à signaler : le lave-vaisselle ! We have hade a very nice holiday. The apartment was good. The cleaning in the kitchen wasn´t so good the doors in the kitchen was dirty.And the walls in bathroom was dirty. We really enjoyed our stay in the apartment. The apartment were nice and clean when we arrived. The size was perfect, but I guess we would preferred to stay closer to the center of Barcelona next time. It was not any problem to get there by the metro or by taxi, but easier when you can just walk.

The apartment did meet with our expectations, it was just as it was shown on the web site, & the lady who greeted us at the apartment was very nice. Having the use of a pool was also an excellent part of of our stay.
Thank you Habitat apartments, for a great stay, the apartment was really great, if you like a beach break this is an excellent location, with some great beach bars.
The metro station is a 5 minute walk away, which gives easy access to all of Barcelona's main attractions.

The apartment was really nice & having the use of a pool on a city break was a big plus. We found the location great if you like a beach break, its a short walk to what must be the best beach in Barcelona. The metro is a 5 minute walk away which gives you excellent access to all the attractions Barcelona has to offer.

T Bon accueil, à l\'heure prévue, un dimanche.
L\'appartement est bien entretenu dans un immeuble neuf. Le quartier est très calme. Après avoir trouvé une place de stationnement,on ne l\'a plus bougé sauf à pied et en metro.
Le supermarché auchan et sa galerie marchande est à 10 min à pieds, ou deux stations de tram. La station de metro est à 4 min. La plage est peut-être à 15 min, mais pas de pb pour y aller.
Je recommande cet appart, ne manque que lave vaisselle.

This is perfect location for a stay of several days. It could not be more convenient to the tram line, which links to the metro. The double-decker tour bus lines are within a 10-minute walk. And the beach and the pool are accessible as well. Clean. Modern. The pictures do the space justice. Great value!!

excellent location, near to the metro, out of the touristic centre. you can go to the rambla with the metro in 25 minutes. We stayed with 4 persons and the apartment was perfect for us. Good kitchen (only the addition of a dishwasher can be recommended). Two nice and clean bathrooms. I would surely advise this apartment!!! If you stay here, be sure to go to tras-paso restaurant also in carrer fluvia (24) and taste the chocolate dessert!!!

We had booked here as we were attending the Barcelona 2010 Triathlon very close by, but even if we were coming back just to spend time in the city I would strongly recommend both the business and the apartment we stayed in. It was very clean, quiet and well maintained.

Lovely apartment - conveniently located for the congress centre.

I though I had pain in advance by card as initial paper work was unclear and I had not realised I had to pay on arrival so did not have adequate cash in euros on me and credit card machine did not work.However agant was helpful and sympathetic.

The apartment was as good as the pictures show and the information given. Very good!
But the air condition in the bedrooms made some noise. But you get used to it and think that it is a little storm outside.
The street address of the Habitate Apartment office was difficult to find if it was necessary.

Très bel appartement. Confortable. Il ne manquait que le lave vaisselle. Un peu de bruit provenant du chantier tout proche, mais les fenêtres sont bien isolées et la rue assez calme.

Magnifica estancia durante las pasadas navidades. El apartamento es muy espacioso, confortable y estan cuidados casi todos los detalles. Llama la atencion el estado de conservacion y la limpieza.
