Our stay the Ferran apartment was a nice overall experience. I think that the photo's on the website were a bit misleading (especially the outside area) and made the place seem nicer than it was. Other than that though it was a nice place to stay. HA: Thank you very much for your comments. We stayed here for a long weekend with a group of friends and the apartment was lovely i booked it and everyone was so impressed with it too - don't be fooled by the door to get to the apartment as its amazing inside. It was also extremely clean and the beds very comfortable and teh location was just perfect Thanks so much for having us and i would recommend anyone to stay here

This apartment is the perfect spot to start your day trip in Barcelona. It's close to the Ramblas, Square del Pi & Square del Reial. There's no dishwasher neither did Habitat provide drying towels. The beds are quite hard. Rest of apartment is very nice. Lights didn't work properly on the terrace and for some reason the only working one is shut down automatically at 23:00. We got a call from Habitat about complaints from neighbours about noise but that came from a totally different apartment.

We stayed here as we needed a large apartment for our daughters wedding in Barcelona. The representative was there on arrival. All contact with the company was excellent. Easy check in although all details of passports was requested at time of arrival , even though this information had been supplied as requested prior via e mail. All rooms spacious , apartment well equipped , could perhaps do with a dishwasher. Public access is poor , stairs awkward and steep . Good stay thank you.

We (3 couples) spent a week in this apartment. Overall the apartment was very charming and spacious, however in need of maintenance. You hear every sound in this apartment. Location was fantastic, but noicy for the 2 bedrooms facing the street. Only 2 of the 3 bathrooms had a toilet. Good and quick service and response when we contacted habitat apartments. We think an extra set of keys (we only had 2 sets) would have been nice.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cet appartement spacieux, confortable et proche de la ramblas et des commerces. Nous avons d'ailleurs pu profiter des soldes et organiser nos visites facilement grâce au point d'information touristique à proximité. L'accueil a été ponctuel. Le petit patio a été apprécié pour les pauses cigarettes Seul point à améliorer : le réseau wifi trop lent. C'est vraiment dommage ! Cet appartement répond tout à fait à nos attentes et nous y reviendrons certainement

Overall we really liked the apartment. We loved the terrace. There were plenty of dishes and the washer and dryer were lifesavers. The location was convenient and it was very quiet at night. The beds were comfortable. I am glad we had fans in addition to the air conditioning. We were surprised to have so many bedrooms. For two couples it was great to have plenty of space and privacy.

Brilliant location, we stayed here for a week with our three teenage children and had a lovely holiday. Accommodation was comfortable and clean and the terrace is a great bonus away from the busy local area. Could be slightly noisy in the evening but well worth it to be so close to all the sights. Only request would be that they supply a welcome pack with some basics eg. Tea and coffee for when you arrive in the evening. I know you offer packs at a price but this was an expensive apartment !

Great location and very spacious. We had a great time at this apartment and it allowed us to be right in the heart of Barcelona. Close to shops, bars and restaurants. I would recommend it for large families or groups of friends.

Our whole family agrees that this was the perfect location for our short stay in Barcelona. The location appears a bit sketchy at first glance, but we felt totally safe, even in late hours. We only used a taxi to get to the apartment from the airport. After that we were able to walk and use the nearby metro to get everywhere we wanted, with all our luggage, including the train station. The stairs up to the apartment were a challenge with all our large suitcases, but we were warned!

The apartment was nice and conveniently located. Door bell didn't work and this was a little inconvenient. Also in one room light switch didn't work. But, apart from these things, our holiday was nice. If I can give some suggestions a couple of frying pans more, there were six of us, and a shelf on the sink wall would help to store food and keep the house tidy. Thanks. Paolo

We had a great vacation in Barcelona and the apartment and the services from the staff was very good, but we had some problems with the water in the bathroom. Next time we visit Barcelona, we will use Ferran Apartment services again Family Braestrup, Denmark

Lovely apartment and perfectly located. One disadvantage was that two of the rooms are partly open as the walls do not all reach the ceiling.

As ever, a most satisfactory stay with Habitat. It is my tenth time now and I've only ever had one problem, an air conditioning fault, which was resolved on the same day. Congratulations to David on keeping the standards so high.

Nicely appointed apartment. Good sized rooms. Not to noisy. Some issues with hot water in the shower as went hot and cold.

We really enjoyed our stay in Barcelona. The apartment is great very nice decorated spacious and high quality. good value for money.

Easy booking, very nice apartement, frioendly an aesy acess to the company via phone.

This apartment is in an excellent location, close to 2 metro stops, easy walking to lots of places you might want to visit. Furnishings and kitchen are very basic but adequate for a short stay. Habitat staff welcome and good to know they are at the other end of a phone and able to respond if needed. We will definitely use Habitat again. Everything about the booking service is very professional and the clear explanations prior to arrival are most reassuring and helpful.

Not the cheapst but its worth we liked the Ferran very much!

We great enjoyed the apartment. It's large, cool, and quiet. Exactly what our family needed when we wanted to get away from the excitement of Las Ramblas.

Perfect location - very close to La Rambla but not too noisy. Very authentic decoration. Very adequate facilities and apartment well priced. We very much enjoyed our stay and would reocmmend Ferran to others - Gracias!

Convenient location. Good apartment style and accurate photos. Adequate services offered and good value for money. Building's stairway a bit tricky. The bedroom walls do not completely reach the ceiling (3/4 walls). Overall we enjoyed staying here.
