Away from the crowded centre, the Poble Nou district is wonderfully located, overlooking the sea. Quiet and increasingly full of youth initiatives, is it an excellent starting point for visiting the city and staying near to the most beautiful beaches of Barcelona.

I booked the Mar Bella 1 apartment as a surprise for my boyfriend's birthday and we were both really impressed with it. Everything is in fantastic condition, the kitchen is all very hi-tech and it's in a lovely quiet location.
The tube station is less than 5 minutes away, as is the beach. There is also a supermarket a couple of minues walk away.
We had a lovely time in Barcelona and the apartment was a big part of this
Thanks Habitat!! Will definitely be coming back soon.
Conditions
Cancellation
- For cancellations within 30 days prior to the arrival day we charge the 40% of the total amount.
- For cancellations within 15 days prior to the arrival day we charge the 80% of the total amount.
- Cancellation on the arrival day or no show we will charge the 100% of the total amount.
- Cancellations must be notified to us by e-mail to info@habitatapartments.com and acknowledgement of receipt must be sent by Habitat Apartments.
Payment
Advance payment
- A 19.25% of total price is charged on your credit card for all reservations.
- The balance is payable to our representative at check-in on the arrival day.

- 500 € bills not accepted.
- We do accept Visa or Mastercard.
Deposit

- A damage deposit of 200 € will be guaranteed by your credit card.

Arrival and exit day
Check-in
- From 14:00
- For check-in from 21:00 there is an extra charge of 25 €.
- For check-in from 23:00 there is an extra charge of 40 €.
Check-out
- Before 11:00
- In case you want to store the luggage in the apartment later than 11:00 you must call us the day before your exit day and we will let you know if it is possible.
Additional information
City tax
- 6.8800 € per night and person will be added to the total price.
- The tourist tax will apply to a maximum of 7 nights.
- The tourist tax does not apply to those under 17 years.
