het appartement was erg mooi enige nadeel was dat ons appartement zonder balkon of terras was terwijl we dat wel verwacht hadden,je zit wel in een buitenwijk maar de metro is dichtbij,het heeft wel wat om tussen de plaatselijke bevolking te zitten en de zee is dichtbij.

Lovely apartment in a useful area, so close to the beach and subway. Also close to bakery etc which was very useful.
Conditions
Cancellation
- For cancellations within 30 days prior to the arrival day we charge the 40% of the total amount.
- For cancellations within 15 days prior to the arrival day we charge the 80% of the total amount.
- Cancellation on the arrival day or no show we will charge the 100% of the total amount.
- Cancellations must be notified to us by e-mail to info@habitatapartments.com and acknowledgement of receipt must be sent by Habitat Apartments.
Payment
Advance payment
- A 15.00% of total price is charged on your credit card for all reservations.
- The balance is payable to our representative at check-in on the arrival day.
Payment on arrival day
- Cash and credit card
- 500 € bills not accepted.
- We do accept Visa or Mastercard.
Deposit
- Credit card
- A damage deposit of 150 € will be guaranteed by your credit card.

Arrival and exit day
Check-in
- From 14:00 to 22:00
- For check-in from 22:00 there is an extra charge of 30 €.
Check-out
- Before 11:00
- In case you want to store the luggage in the apartment later than 11:00 you must call us the day before your exit day and we will let you know if it is possible.
Additional information
City tax
- 6.8800 € per night and person will be added to the total price.
- The tourist tax will apply to a maximum of 7 nights.
- The tourist tax does not apply to those under 17 years.
