We were put up in a different appartment in the same building we had booked. The rooms were clean and fully equipped, no complaints. Very well located to the convention centre and public transport.

Nice apartment, with all the items needed for a perfect holiday, even if some of the electrical items, like the waterboiler, toaster and the wifi router have seen better days. To the beach is approx 8 minutes walk, the Metro is 4 min. If you like jogging; Catalunia square is approx 30 min away.

Cancellation
- For cancellations within 30 days prior to the arrival day we charge the 40% of the total amount.
- For cancellations within 15 days prior to the arrival day we charge the 80% of the total amount.
- Cancellation on the arrival day or no show we will charge the 100% of the total amount.
- Cancellations must be notified to us by e-mail to info@habitatapartments.com and acknowledgement of receipt must be sent by Habitat Apartments.

Advance payment
- A 15.00% of total price is charged on your credit card for all reservations.
- The balance is payable to our representative at check-in on the arrival day.

- A damage deposit of 150 € will be guaranteed by your credit card.

- For check-in from 22:00 there is an extra charge of 30 €.
Check-out
- Before 11:00
- In case you want to store the luggage in the apartment later than 11:00 you must call us the day before your exit day and we will let you know if it is possible.

- 6.8800 € per night and person will be added to the total price.
- The tourist tax will apply to a maximum of 7 nights.
- The tourist tax does not apply to those under 17 years.
