Rambla Beach Apartment is a light and modern apartment, in a building built in 2006, at the lower side of the traditional and beach neighbourhood Poble Nou. Just 1 minute walk to get into the beach, crossing the park called Parc del Poble Nou.
All rooms are sunny as it is a square apartment in the corner of the building offering you 2 ample & bright double bedrooms, both with a double bed and large integrated wardrobes. The main bedroom is a suite, with en-suite bathroom.

WE HAD A GREAT WEEKEND. CONTACT ON ARRIVAL VERY HELPFUL. EXCELLENT ENGLISH WHICH WAS GREAT.CLEANER HAD NOT CLEANED APPARTMENT ON ARRIVAL BUT IT WAS SPOTLESS WHEN DONE. GREAT APPARTMENT. LOCATION EXCELLENT FOR THE BEACH.THE ELECTRICITY BROKE DOWN AT 6.30 AM THE MORNING WE WERE LEAVING AND THE SHUTTERS WERE DOWN ON THE WINDOWS-WE WONDERED IF THAT WAS A FIRE HAZARD?GREAT HOLIDAY, GRAET CITY, GREAT VILLAGE ,THANKS

Conditions
Cancellation
- For cancellations within 30 days prior to the arrival day we charge the 40% of the total amount.
- For cancellations within 15 days prior to the arrival day we charge the 80% of the total amount.
- Cancellation on the arrival day or no show we will charge the 100% of the total amount.
- Cancellations must be notified to us by e-mail to info@habitatapartments.com and acknowledgement of receipt must be sent by Habitat Apartments.
Payment
Advance payment
- A 15.00% of total price is charged on your credit card for all reservations.
- The balance is payable to our representative at check-in on the arrival day.

- 500 € bills not accepted.
- We do accept Visa or Mastercard.
Deposit
- Credit card
- A damage deposit of 150 € will be guaranteed by your credit card.
- We do accept Visa or Mastercard.
Arrival and exit day
Check-in
- From 14:00
- For check-in from 22:00 there is an extra charge of 30 €.
Check-out
- Before 11:00
- In case you want to store the luggage in the apartment later than 11:00 you must call us the day before your exit day and we will let you know if it is possible.
Additional information
City tax
- 6.8800 € per night and person will be added to the total price.
- The tourist tax will apply to a maximum of 7 nights.
- The tourist tax does not apply to those under 17 years.
