Lugaris Sea View Business

Lugaris Sea View Business apartment is a bright and elegant apartment in Barcelona with sea view located on the coast of Barcelona, a few minutes walk to the beach and 15 minutes' metro ride from Plaza Catalunya and Las Ramblas.
The apartment can accommodate up to 2 people and you can enjoy an access 2 swimming pools located on the 5th floor of the building.

- Payments by credit card only (cash not accepted)

Services available at extra cost:   
    - Cleaning pack (6 euro)
    - Parking available in the building (15 euro / day)
    - Capsules for Nespresso machine (6 euro / 10 capsules)
    - Swimming pool entrance: 5 euros extra per person per day
    - Package pool which is included a pool chair and also the pool towels for 7 € all the stay.

Please note:
- Reservations for hen or stag parties will not be accepted. The booking will be cancelled and any prepayment will not be reimbursed.
- Reservations for under 25 year olds will not be accepted only if accompanied by over 25 year olds.
- There are 2 swimming pools (1.80m depth) located on the 5th floor of the building: To access the facilities there is 1 key supplied per apartment.
 
The following rules related to the swimming pools must be followed:

* Open 10am to 18:00 in winter (1 November to 30 April) and 10am to 21:00 in summer (1 May to 31 October). Out of these times the pool is closed and no guest will have access to the key.
* Animals not permitted in the pool area, no eating, no music, no parties or meetings of any type.
* The company reserves right of admission at any time.
