After a wobbly start - the cleaning crew was very late - the stay was excellent. Comfortable apartment exactly as pictures appear. We were met on time, no waiting by representative and shown apartment. The location was very good, away from the main tourist traffic, but close enough to walk everywhere. Having been to Barcelona twice before this trip was to relax and just take in the city. So location proved to be good for us. Everyone we encountered with the apartment experience was friendly and helpful.

Good apartment for city-tripping to BCN, but in summertime way too hot (no airco available). When wanting to travel by bike, no possibility to store bikes (would have loved to know this in advance).

We can highly recommend this place for both families and friends. The apartment is very beautiful and holds everything you might need, such as dishwasher, washer and dryer, etc. There is no air condition, but there are fans in the bedrooms. The apartment is located in a nice area and it is easy to get a taxi or walk to both city center and beach. At night there is no noise from the street, even though there is a bar right next to. We really loved staying at this place and wish to stay here again

Although we were late the person to meet us was still waiting which was nice. The only downside was the wifi connection. Neither of of us could access it which was not too bad as we were running off our cell phones, but let's be real. Wifi should be easy to access. The balcony was great and the location could not be beat.

A clean, centrally located flat with a good lift. Very bright, well furnished with a small balcony. Great main bedroom but the second bedroom is two singles but is not as luxurious.

Super appartment in lovely condition. Great location to access City Centre and Sagrada Familia. Also near well serviced public transport routes. Well furnished with all we would expect. Courier arrived promptly, was friendly, helpful and knowledgeable giving us advice about unexpected places to explore and ensuring we had everything we needed. Would highly recommend this as a holiday rental.

It was great! The apartment had a lot of space for four of us and had a great balcony view. It was in walking distance to everything and there was a Metro stop really close as well. It was clean and really cute. I just wasn't aware it was a self-sufficient place, so if you run out of things you just have to buy yourself the extra stuff.

A lovely apartment in a safe,clean and stunning block. The Eixample area is safe with great local bars/restaurants and shops. As described and similar to pictures. Great balcony to sit out on at night. Would return in a heart beat!

Beautiful and lovely appartement on the 4 th Floor. Well equiped and nice large bed. Check-in was fast and alright. Important: the main bedroom is at the front of the building so there is very much street noise in the evening and especially during the night. Not from people but from garbage trucks, cleaning cars etc. There is no airco , so for fresh air you need to keep the windows open. Supermarket and lovely bars are close by.

This apartment was clean, well located, near metro and 10 minutes walk from restaurants and shopping area. Representative waited for us even if we were 1 hour late ( we called to inform) and she was really very professional and kind. We just suggest to put some more hangers and a shelf in the bathroom
