Apartment proved to be clean, charming and quiet, and the central location was ideal. Kitchen was fully equipped with the exception of trash bags. Bathroom shower had great water pressure and proved to be hot, though we would have appreciated more than one set of towels for a two week stay, additional laundry detergent, and additional toilet paper. Habitat Apartments proved to be very responsive in communication during the booking and during the stay. We would definitely book again!

This apartment is in a good location; an easy walk to popular attractions. The Block of Discord is just two blocks away. It was clean and had everything needed; tiny bathroom. A large window shade in the main room was inoperable, and we couldn't get the dryer to work. We struggled to get the exterior door open using the key provided. Luckily, the 24-hour phone service helped with that. The apartment is a bit less charming than the photos indicate due to being inside-facing with dreary views.

The apartment is nice and cozy, the bathroom is a little small but functional.
The main door of the building however is extremely hard to open we’re stuck twice for at least 10 mins just trying to open the door. We recommend the lock to be changed to make it easier for new users. Other than that the apartment is good.

Very unique and nice apartment situated in a central, nice and safe area of Barcelona. There was a problem with the heating on the first night, but Habitat Apartments fixed it the following day when we informed them. The shower is quite good, with a powerful beam and plenty of hot water. The double bed and the pillows are also quite good, so all in all we are very happy with the service of Habitat Apartments and we enjoyed the flat very much.-

Generally happy with our apartment.However had terrible trouble with our front door keys which we found very frustrating.The keys would not work in the lock and it took ages before they would hopefully turn.Other residents would often let us in if they were around.Also unfortunately the builders were working next door so we were woken up by the sound of drills etc quite early which was annoying.Apartment well equipped and comfy.

An extremely nice apartment and in a great location, but it was virtually uninhabitable due to ongoing demolition of the building next door.
The noise was truly terrible! !!!

First of all: the service and the communication both before and during our stay, has been great. Quick respons and very nice people!
The apartment is beautiful and had everything we needed. Nice beds and a overall peaceful and welcoming atmosphere. Short and easy access to shopping and restaurants. We felt totally at home in this beautiful apartment and we’ll definitely come back! Thank you for a great stay!

In general, i am satisfied with the Habitat Apartments experience. The condition of the apartment was just as indicated on the website. Lidia (who made our check-in) was very nice and helpful, and inside the apartment there was a small kit of tea and cookies left for us which was a very nice gesture.There was a few problems about the deposit payment and getting our deposit on our desired time. I think they should arrange the re-payment of the deposit as prompt as they are while asking for it.

The apartment itself was lovely...plenty of room and quiet, except for the woman upstairs, who wears heels all night. The bathroom was much too small for us, though, with room for only one person at a time. The location is excellent and within walking distance to many wonderful restaurants as well as areas of town you'd want to visit. The check in rep was 30 minutes late, and we felt rushed thru the explanation of everything. Get better instructions as to how to turn the heat on.

Jason and I were greeted promptly at the agreed time. Very friendly representative, gave us some quick Barcelona tips and wished us well.
The apartment is slightly bohemian and is very comfortable to have as a home base. Great location, has a laundry machine and excellent small kitchen.

The apartment was really charming, well equipped, in a good neighborhood, walking distans from many touristic attractions, close to the metro ect. There are some negativities – the front door of the building has a specific mechanism to be unlocked, which make some stressful moments every time when you try to enter; the front door of the apartment make noises every time when someone enter in to the building, which was annoying. I don’t like the welcoming – it was formal, quick ect.

This well-located unit offers convenience, comfort and character. Close to metro stations, supermarkets and restaurants, it is an excellent base from which to explore or entertain. With plenty of light and nice furnishings it also is well-equipped for cooking meals. The excellent A/C and wifi are a bonus, as is the washer. Minor quibbles: the TV has Spanish channels only, the sofa is low and uncomfortable, the lock and key to the front door are difficult. The bathroom is impractically small.

Nice cozy apartment perfect for three of us. Location was great. Only two blocks from Casa Batllo. There were a lot of restaurants/cafe/bakery/Pharmacy nearby. We did not try to cook (food is good in Barcelona). Only used fridge/microwave for milk/fruit/cereal... (there is a supermarket/farmers market one block away with fresh squeezed juice). Washer was working and laundry detergent were included. It was our home away from home.

Thoroughly enjoyed our 5 night stay at La Boheme. Thank you to the habitat team for being so accommodating before and during our stay and for responding so promptly to every question/concern we had. The apartment was fully equipped for children with endless amounts of toys and activities to keep them entertained, a high chair and a travel cot. Perfectly located and would stay here again.

Me and my family had a great time at this apartment. My kids loved all the toys in the apartment too. The beds were comfortable. The apartment was very clean. All amenities were made available including air conditioning. The apartment is extremely quiet- zero noise from the street and is in a very nice part of the city. 5 min walk to the subway or you can walk to major streets in 5min, or the downtown medieval centre in 15min. Highly recommend and would stay again. Beautiful apartment!

Nice apartment although look a little bit older than on picture (roofing bricks). Location is amazing, close to all types of transportation, restaurants and tourist attraction but can be expensive. Staff Sito was great, had to come down earlier than arrange to hand keys over and was very accommodating. Apartment was nice, families traveling with kids watch out for hazards in the living room (massive glass table) especially if your kids are between 2-4 years of age as my son got injured by it.

I have stayed in this apartment before, it is in a great location and obviously I really liked it and thus returned.
My only complaint is the shower does not drain well and I could not get the oven to work; minor things I think can be easily fixed :)
Other than that, it is a peaceful and very pleasant place to stay and highly recommended. Habitat comments: Thank you for sharing your opinion and giving us suggestions. We will fix the mentioned problmes and we hope to welcome you back soon!

The location is perfect for walking, and medium to the subway.
The apartment is like the fotos we see in the websit!
I had a problem with the stove and they don\'t care, don\'t fix it.
The wifi works very good.
Generally it was very good. Habitat comments: Thank you for your kind feedback. We are sorry that we didn´t manage to solve the problem of the stove, however we wonder how it happened since we always try to provide immediate help if there is any problem.

Excellent apartment in a beautiful area of the city! Eixample district is brilliant,nice bars and restaurants and supermarket is close by. The apartment itself was very cool,it had a lot of character and my girlfriend and I will definitely be coming back soon.

Really lovely apt, I enjoyed it alot. The area is peaceful but close to everything that you can need. There was construction/renovation when I was there but it wasn\'t a bother at all. The only negatives are the bed mattress is a bit creaky, the bathroom is a bit tight and the lighting is a bit dim. However, it was really cozy and those matters were really minor.

Apartamento tranquilo, limpio y muy agradable. Está muy bien ubicado y un punto más a su favor son los juguetes para los niños. Respecto al barrio creo que es el mejor para pasar unas vacaciones en Barcelona: está cerca de Gracia y no muy lejos del Barrio Gótico, pero es tranquilo y sin la saturación de turistas. Metro y tren cerca. Sin duda repetiríamos.

We, two adults and one 3-year old, stayed 9 nights in this apartment, an excellent choice! The apartment is very nicely furnished and cleverly designed. The toys in the apartment are a nice extra! However, there is always room for improvement. Our suggestions:
-remove the glass table from the living room, it\'s dangerous;
-put a coat rack in the hallway;
-put a small selection of spices in the kitchen;
-replace the shower tab with a flatter one as it now protudes too much of the wall.

We were exceedingly pleased by the La Boheme apartment. It is beautifully designed and decorated, and the use of space is effective. If you want to cook, it has a very nice kitchen and a full supply of cookware. The apartment is obviously one that the owners sometimes live in. The apartment was also surprisingly quiet.
One delightful surprise for us was an ample supply of toys that were perfectly suited to our four year old. He was most grateful, and sorry to have to leave them.

Excellent location. Comfortable, very quiet and welcoming. Well equipped too. A little dark but that would be keep it cool in summer. Heating boiler noisy but otherwise an enjoyable stay.
Blinds in bedroom impratical as hard to open the window and air the room.

Absolutely no complaints as everything was exactly as advertised in the photos and communication. One small gripe would probably be that the bathroom and shower area is small. Other than that we enjoyed our stay there very much.

Everything was perfect. On our last night my bag was stolen and with it the apartment keys. Habitat sent someone to the apartment to let us in at 11pm(we had a spare set of keys inside). They called the next day to even check how we were doing. They literally went above and beyond. Our only complaint was the lock on the front door which would really stick. But we would go back in a heart beat!

The apartment is situated in a great location. Close to Plaza de Catalunya, the metro Paseig de Gracia, and all the great shopping and restaurants in Eixample.
The apartment had a lot of character. Clean. Just need updating with the furnitures then it can be a great space.
We had issues with the Wi-fi. We called Habitat apt, they sent someone right away to fix it. It was a problem with the internet company, but Habitat was quick to provide a solution to the problem. Shower head needs fixing.

Fantastic apartment. The kitchen and the living area is the best. location fantastic. Close to transport and shopping. The living room is so beautifully appointed. The only draw back is the bathroom is REALLY small.

A nice and quiet apartment in a good location for major downtown areas. The owner had left all their possessions in the apartment which felt a little strange but comfortable nevertheless. Only downsides would be that privacy could be an issue since it\'s all open plan, the kitchen could do with a kettle and the bathroom is a bit cramped but aside from that we were really happy with our stay and would book a Habitat apartment again.

Really lovely apartment. So quiet, and excellent location. Probably not the best for more people than a couple since there is little privacy (given the adjoining walls do not reach the ceiling) and noise travels from the bathroom!
All in all though, we were happy with the place.

A fantastic apartment - great location a couple of blocks from Casa Battlo, close to PAssage de Gracia and other metro station, well equipped kitchen, and great collection of books. Highly recommended!
