The apartment is just perfect. Very large spaces and rooms, and well located in the Barrio. I loved everything about our stay and the apartment itself. It is also a great value for money (you're not going to find anything like that in this location, at this price). Check-in with Ramon was easy, and he also was very informative. Thanks a lot, I'll surely book again with Habitat.

Nice clean apartment, brilliantly located in the Gothic quarter seconds from La Rambla, Placa Reial and Metro Liceu. So it was easy to get to everything, such as Gaudi's architectural wonders, the amazing collection at the Miro Museum and great restaurants. About 5 minutes walk to La Boqueria, one of Europe's great produce markets, and the Carrefour Supermarket. The people at Habitat were great to deal with and straight down the line on costs, etc. We loved Barcelona!

Apartment was very clean and we were met at the arranged time of 11am. It’s a fantastic location and although we were in a very busy area the noise was minimal. The apartment is very basic and we don’t think that the photos give a true representation. The 2 smaller bedrooms are windowless and the shower bracket was broken so you have to hold the shower head over yourself.

This is a perfectly situated apartment just off Placa Reial. Its close to a Metro which can get you to all the main tourist attractions in the city. The nearest beach at Barceloneta is about a kilometre away, and from there all the other beaches are an easy walk.

Great location, well equipped apartment and very helpful pre-arrival and check in. We would definitely recommend this apartment if you are looking to stay in the Barri Gotic area. The only suggestion for improvement would be to have fans in each bedroom because at night it\'s not really possible to keep the windows open as the street can be noisy. We heard absolutely nothing with the windows closed - very pleasantly surprised at that! But the rooms got warm and needed more air circulating.

Liked apartment. We needed maintenance to change 2 light fittings, but he never came. Pillows a bit soft. Otherwise apartment was fine. Habitat comments: Thank you for your remarks. This apartment was perfect for our family of four - 2 adult children. It was in a wonderful location nearby to La Ramblas, cafes, shopping , metro etc. Loved the vibe of the locality. The apartment itself was great - clean, presentable, comfortable and nicely decorated.

We had a lovely stay at the ART 3 apartment. The location is perfect. The apartment is well equipped, and the only thing we would appreciate was an extra a/c machine, as the one in the living room had not the capacity to cool down all the sleeping rooms. Other than that, we are very satisfied with the apartment.

At the weekend, completely lost on Sunday, as well as some of the TV.
Noisy at weekends, but price you pay for being so central.

What a very nice stay in a perfect apartment. We were right by the Plaza Real and the Las Ramblas area. The apartment was roomy, clean and there was plenty of linen and towels and cleaning products to keep it nice, even a juicer for those local oranges! The rep met us outside, she spotted us and guided us in and was very organised and efficient. We had no need to contact anyone during our stay although we did consider asking if we could extend our stay!

Apartment was very nice and located near lots of things to see. We walked everywhere. Enjoyed shopping in the open market. Also found large grocery store on LaRambla where you can get staple items. Nice to have known that when we got there. Spent lots of time in the apartment cooking and had everything we needed. Only issue was that it took a day for the heater to warm the apartment. Next time it rented out, go turn the heat on before the guests arrive so they won\'t think it\'s broken. / Habitat Comment: Thank you for letting us know. We will use your advice.

We found the Art 3 Apartment was very central to the Placa Reial and handy to the sights and action around this central part of Barcelona. You were able to walk to many of the local attractions from this central point. The apartment was secure, clean and well equipped and provided us with a comfortable base for our stay. The size of the apartment was excellent for our group of 4 people and it was good to have the 3 bedrooms & the extra WC. Messy around doorway on Sat & Sun morning!

The apartment was in an excellent location, literally a stones throw from Plaza Real.
Good sized bedrooms - little noisy over the weekend in e bedroom facing the street, but we moved into the other room and much quieter.

Very clean, directly in the Barree Gothic, 2 rooms are OK the 3rd is small and noisy from the house.
Good: Central heating, bath plus Toilette, Location, Sat TV + WiFi,
Minus: Kitchen without dishwasher (but washingmachine),
Normal: Fridge plus Freezer, 3 ( 1 small) sleeping rooms plus living room

Very clean..we went with 4 children and the check in was very easy. The person that was waiting for us, Ramon, was very patient and took his time explaining every thing for us. My husband as a lot of questions and I was worried that that might annoy Ramon, but Ramon was so patient and answered every question we had. The place is spacious, clean, and quite. The kitchen has everything you need. The location is 2 minutes walking from the les ramblas and 10 minutes walking from plaza Catalunya.

Perfect location in the Bari Gothic area, just a minute or two from restaurants and shopping. The apartment was attractive and clean, and though in need of a fresh coat of paint, provided a comfortable place to come home to after a day of sightseeing.

Apartment in great location.hot water had to be reset as we had no hot water or stove first morning.once we found a phone the matter was quickly taken care of. ..have inquired as to whether my drivers licence and another card was found in the safe..probably fell out of my passport..thanks ..enjoyed our stay.

Nice apartment and very location. The only problem for us was that the elevator wasn't working and hadn't been for some time. Habitat should alert guests of this inadvance. They did give a 10 % discount to compensate. Excellent location right in the heart of the Gothic quarter, excellent apartment clean and comfy. Yes, there was noise from the street at night, but that is surely the price you pay for such a fantastic location. If you want peace and quiet, maybe choose not to stay in the Old Town!
A shame we weren\'t able to leave our bags in the apartment for a couple of hours on check-out day. // Habitat Apartments : Our clients can leave their luggage in the apartment if there is no booking. Unfortunately, in your case people entered your apartment the day you left.

We stated in the Art 3 Apt and found the location was perfect, easy access to many interesting areas and metos. The Plaza Real can be noisy, but the apartment is sound proofed and noise was not problem.
The apartment was comfortable and had everything we needed. the agent was on-time and check in and out went smoothly.

Location, best location I have stayed in so far in Barcelona. The apartment was great for us. It was a bit noisy in terms of banging and drilling next door, but this was during the day so didn\'t bother us too much as we were usually out. Ideally for 5 people, we could have done with an extra shower, but we did manage ok. The only negative comment I would make is that the water from the shower ended up all over the floor and there was no drainage for that, so maybe a new bigger shower screen? // Habitat apartments : Thank you for your comments. Lovely apartment a bt noisy at night particularly Friday and Saturdays. Would have appreciated a few more bits of kitchen equipment as only 2 wineglasses and no dringking mugs. Otherwise great, super location, very central and a good base for an immensley enjoyable long weekend in Barcelona

Excellent location - couldn\'t be better. Beautiful old building full of character. Apartment was clean and comfortable. Habitat staff very helpful and accomodating esp when we changed our arrival time at the last minute.

The apartment was very suitable. We were first timers to Barcelona and do not speak Spanish. I had tried to determine the best location for the things we wanted to see and do and think that we did OK and definitely got good value for the price. The lobby and street was somewhat on the ‘rougher side’ compared to other entrances and streets in the area (I thought) but because there were always lots of people around so personal safety was never really a concern and we were never out past 10:00 pm. The apartment had everything we needed and was very clean and safe. Would have liked a balcony or some outside space which I think apartments in other areas of Barcelona would offer but not likely in the Rambles area so next time would likely choose a different area to stay in. Habitat folks were excellent in their assistance and response to our needs.

The check in process was quick and easy. The apartment was comfortable, clean and conveniently located. It was a little noisy on the weekend but that is to be expected I guess when you are in the middle of everything. We would rent from Habitat again if we were to visit
