The apartment was lovely, it was clean and functional. The kitchen chairs could stand cleaning, all the same Location was the key here.
Nicola in the main office was remarkably kind and helpful. Her prompt contact made all the difference.
We would return without hesitation.

Very nice and modern apartment in central location with a wonderful view, great security and dual elevators. Metro/subway entrance is a short block away. Apartment was clean and the young lady who greeted us was nice. 2 things: sounds can be clearly heard in the front bedroom & living room until 1 a.m. since there are open restaurants below. And no extra rolls of toilet paper were provided in either bathroom for 4 adults so we had to find a market & purchase some on the second night.

Superb location. Most of the attractions are within walking distance. There are plenty of cafes around.

Excelente situación. Muy cómodo y confortable. A mi juicio sólo tiene un inconveniente y es que las habitaciones no tienen un estor o cortina que quite la luz. Si no puedes dormir con claridad es un problema. Entiendo que es algo que los propietarios podrían solucionar facilmente.

Perfect location - restaurants and patisserie right outside the door. One block from a great metro station. Beautiful view and lovely apartment. Check in was easy and Katherine was very helpful. Habitat also helped us arrange for transportation to the airport when we left.
Master bedroom could use a darker shade to keep out lights from other apartments but we still slept just fine.

Lovely clean and modern apartment. Great location. Near metro, a short walk to Ramblas, surrounded by amazing bars/restaurants. Near several supermarkets. Has a lift. Good wifi/ air con. Included in price. Quiet area not far from the action. Has iron and hairdryer! Great stay will come again and recommend to friends!

Great location with lots of major sites nearby. 5 blocks to a grocery store but lots of bars, restaurants and bakeries a few steps away. IKEA furnishings adequate. Good wifi.

Absolutely fantastic time! The apartment was lovely & clean & the location was faultless. Great bars & restaurants on your doorstep & a yummy patisserie on the corner for breakfast.
Will definitely come back & recommend.

Very comferatable appartement in nice area. Close to shops, restaurants and metro. Plenty of room for us and the kids to relaxe after strolling the streets. Wifi worked fine during our stay.
Service from Habitat was good. They called us on arrival to check if we could find it.
There are some minor items to repair: the chairs are unsteady because of Missing/loose screws and the doorhandle of the bathroom falls off.

This is a very nice apartment, and very well located especially for Eixample and Gracia and the metro. The second full bathroom is a major plus. No complaints at all.

good location, a bit small, but good price/ quality ratio
negative : very noisy neighbors (but the apartment is not to blame for that of course)., cleaners do not take out rubbish
Improvement : black out curtains.. There are no curtains now in bedrooms, just some ikea white fabric
Incorrect data: no wifi .. ?? All four days there was no wifi: download speed 0,01 megabits ;))
Positive : the great service to provide me a free 4G Samsung tablet by Hanna , Irina and Micheal, great team ! Habitat comments: Thank you for your feedback. We are sorry for the inconveniences concerning the wifi, we try to avoid similar problem in the future. Regarding the blackout, there are shutters on the outside part of the windows that you might didn´t notice.

We had a wonderful time. The apartment is very nice and complete and the situation is perfect.
We can recommand it to everybody.
There are 2 points i would like to inform you:
The window in the livingroom at the right is impossible to open, so that we cold not change the screens outside. For us not a big problem because of the temperature, but for the next guests when the temperatures are rising, it would be nice if this will be repaired.
The WiFi code did not work..Habitat comments: Thank you for your feedback, we fixed the mentioned problems. We hope we can welcome you again in the future.

Nicely furnished apartment. Comfortable, clean with good facilities in an excellent location in a great district of Barcelona.
One minor point of feedback. The blinds in the could do with updating one was broken and the others in the rear room were not effective in keeping the bedroom dark - especially as a neighbouring apartment consistently left a light on overnight.
Despite this would thoroughly recommend the apartment as a place to stay and would definitely return. / Habitat comments: thank you for your review.
We are sorry about the blinds, and will take a look at them to repair/replace them.

The Pedrera 2apartment is ideally situated to explore Barcelona.The apartment contained everything we needed. The apartment building is very safe and seems to be a mixture of residential and tourist. There is a concierge in the foyer during the day and when he is not there the front door is locked and only opened with a key making the building very secure.
The apartment was spacious for the two of us and very comfortable.

Position is very centric, close to the metro station and to a huge choice of tapas bar and restaurants, some even among the most outstanding in town. At the same time, the area is very quiet during night.
Furniture setup is recent and rooms and beds are comfortable. For 5 people it\'s somehow a challenge because of the small cabinet room available (need improvement).
Prompt assistance provided when a problem occured with the washing machine.
Overall an experience worth to be repeated.

La estancia ha sido buena, en general. Los inconvenientes son que es muy complicado aparcar y respecto al apartamento que hay poco espacio libre en los armarios para dejar la ropa.

We enjoyed our three week stay at the Pedrera Suites. The location is fantastic, right in the center of a beautiful neighborhood, near cafes and shopping. Check-in was very easy and the amenities of the apartment were explained clearly. The kitchen was stocked with all the necessities and the washer/dryer worked well for our visit. The master bedroom is spacious and has ample storage. The smaller of the two bedrooms is located on the street and can be quite noisy.
We will stay again!

I just want to write telling how much we enjoyed the apartment rental on our visit to Barcelona. The apartment had everything we needed and was exactly like the advertisement. The location was excellent as well.
I would definitely rent from Habitat again.

Hemos puesto 8 en General quality porque, aunque todo estaba muy bien, en el dormitorio de matrimonio convendría que hubiera una cortina gruesa, ya que durante toda la noche el patio interior está casi tan iluminado como si fuese de día.
