Bardzo dobra lokalizacja:rynek, stacja metra, piekarnia i drobne restauracje po sąsiedzku. Sprawna obsługa rezerwacji, apartament czysty, estetyczny jedyna drobna wada to akustyka budynku i dla śpiących w saloniku lekki hałas z ulicy ale to już kwestia wyboru cichy zaułek i wszędzie troszkę dalej czy super komunikacja praktycznie pod oknem. W sumie zdecydowani polecam!

Bonito apartamento próximo a estación tren y metro Todo correcto, buena iluminación. Buen aislamiento acústico. Buen funcionamiento de ducha Perfecta limpieza Me gustó la ausencia de persianas suplida por cortinas opacas Cama amplia y cómoda Necesita reparación cajón superior de mueble lavabo!! Suelo delante sofa está gastado y panel puerta frigorífico agrietadla. HA: gracias por escoger nuestro apartamento para su estancia, nos alegra saber que ha estado a gusto. Tomamos nota de las cosas que se deben de mejorar. Saludos

Advance payment:

A 20.00% of total price is charged on your credit card for all reservations.
The balance is payable to our representative at check-in on the arrival day.

500 € bills not accepted.
Credit card payment is subject to a 4.00% fee.

Deposit : Credit card

A damage deposit of 300 € will be guaranteed by your credit card.

Arrival and exit day

Check-in : From 15:00 to 21:00

Early check-in is possible from 09:00 and there is an extra charge of 10 € (subject to availability).
For check-in from 21:00 there is an extra charge of 30 €.
For check-in from 23:00 there is an extra charge of 40 €.

Check-out : Before 11:00

In case you want to store the luggage in the apartment later than 11:00 you must call us the day before your exit day and we will let you know if it is possible.

Additional information

City tax : 6.8800 € per night and person will be added to the total price.

The city tax will apply to a maximum of 7 nights.

Location of this apartment in Barcelona

Located in Creu Coberta Street in Sants neighborhood, ADN apartments are in a traditional and very interesting area of Barcelona. Next to the apartment is Plaça España, one of the most important place of Barcelona at the foot of Montjuic hill, and Barcelona Fira.

On Montjuic you will find the majestic Palau Nacional, home of the National Art Museum of Catalonia where you can admire Catalan visual arts, and the Foundation Joan Miró for the modern art lovers.

Just below the Palau is Barcelona's magic fountain, designed by Carles Buigas, where you can watch a splendid musical light and water show at night.

You can also visit Barcelona Olympic Stadium, the Poble Espanyol, an open-air museum where the architecture of each part of the city is represented and the Montjuic Castle from which you will have a stunning view of Barcelona.

Vicino alla metropolitana ed a pochi passi da piazza di Spagna dove c'è la fermata dell'Aerobus che collega Barcellona all'aereoporto, l'appartamento è molto tranquillo, pulito ed adatto per una visita di qualche giorno alla città. Dotato di ogni comfort incluso wifi, aria condizionata e lavastoviglie.

+It is in good location,touristic bus station in front of the apartment&it is very close to metro station.many restaurants&the famous fountain is close to the apartment. During the check out I left one luggage inside the room because the door closed automatically while I am outside&the key was inside but the staff were very helpful&they sent me the luggage to Madrid by carrier company. - After checkout the apartment took 16 euro for washing dishes! It is expensive as compared to other cities Habitat comments: Dear Amozhgar Hawezy, we are pleased to read that you enjoy your stay with us and that you were satisfied with the apartment. Regarding the maid service, the apartment was not left in a clean state at check out. As detailed in the contract conditions the apartment has to be left with all rubbish removed from the apartment and any kitchen items used during your stay left washed up. We loved the location of the apartment easy walking distance to the magic fountain and football stadium. Metro stop on the corner to go further a field. Friendly local shops bars and restaurants at really reasonable prices. Greeted by representative at the apartment who was most helpful.

Perfect location to stay in Barcelona! You will save lot of time and EUR on public transportation as lot of tourist attractions are within walking distance. The apartment has all you need. Spacious and secured. They even have a service to take your luggage to the airport.
