Good location. Relatively quiet neighborhood, but walkable to major sites. train station right downstairs. Be aware the staircase is pretty steep and narrow. Elevator is tiny. Floors start at 0, P, 1, 2, 3... Apartment equipped with Washer/Dryer combo which was great, but it ran for hours even on rapid setting. Had an issue with the shower which was addressed within a couple of hours. Habitat was super easy to work with and replied promptly. Comfortable apartment with a few minor maintenance issues - problem with lift and a light not working but we did not report to housekeeper. Fantastic location close to la Rambla but very quiet apartment. Well equipped and with a lovely welcome pack. The apartment was in a wonderful location in Eixiample district, within walking distance from Sagrada Familia, Case Batllo, Case Mila, and countless restaurants. Great space, clean bathrooms and comfortable beds. Kitchen had everything needed to enjoy making our own meals (but due to proximity of so many well priced restaurants that was not utilized as much as planned). Wonderful and would recommend to friends and family. H.A: We appreciate your comment.
