We really enjoyed the place! It has balconies in every room. Apartment is very spacious with everything you need included.
As we were 4 friends, a one extra blanket would have been useful (we stayed on February).
At first check-in system sounded complicated but actually were very easy and comfortable. You just need to have charged phone. Suggestion to get invitation code for every traveler if you are planning to do some things seperated.

The apartment is in a very nice neighborhood.
Supermarkt, bakery, butcher and different type of restaurant is near.
All time is possible to catch a taxi.
You can walk fast to interesting places
Only thing what I not like is, you can open door only with an app.
Sometimes work not to 100 %.
And if you lost or somebody steal your mobilphone, or you have an accident inside flat nobody can open the door.
Is a nice gimmick, but I prefer keys,

Es un apartamento verdaderamente espléndido. Las habitaciones están bien divididas, la posición no tiene precio y los espacios son muy amplios. Aprecié mucho que todo se haya limpiado a fondo para la alergia al polvo de mi hijo.
El único consejo que podría darte es que reemplaces el sofá cama un poco "gastado" y pongas cortinas opacas en el dormitorio con las dos camas individuales. Todo lo demás, perfecto!

Spacious apartment in a quaint and lively neighborhood. Loved having plenty of space to return to to decompress after busy days of touring the city. David met us right on time and gave us a very quick tour of the apartment. Would have liked more towels, more toilet paper (has to buy more), more comfortable options for sitting in the living room and higher quality sheets on the beds, but overall was a lovely place for a reasonable price.

Het was een erg mooi appartenement. Groot, van alles voorzien en goedwerkende airco. Locatie was ook ideaal. Enige minpuntje was dat de badkamer deur niet op slot kon.

Il nous a manqué un étendoir pour la lessive.
J’ai vu des « poissonsd’argebt« qui sortaient de l’évier de la cuisine et le lavabo de la salle de bain doit être débouché

Great apartment. Everything was as expected. Nothing was missing. Location in Barcelona is perfect. You can walk to both shopping streets, metro and bus and many of the big attractions. We can only recommend this apartment to others.

Lovely apartment with good location but lacking in self catering facilities- we ate in a lot and found the kitchen a little lacking e.g. Kettle, oven shelves, wine glasses to name a few

Apartamento muy confortable en muy buena ubicación para moverse dentro de Barcelona. Espacios amplios y buena capacidad de armarios en el caso de venir para una estancia no corta (como era mi caso). El apartamento tiene una decoración escueta, pero agradable. Excelente valoración conjunta para el binomio calidad/precio (sobre todo en comparación con lo que se consigue por precio similar en esa misma zona en Airbnb). Muy recomendable.

We enjoyed our stay a lot. The apartment is simply furnished but with great taste (as per the picture on the website), we liked immediately. The only downside was the noise from the street in one of the bedrooms. It is perfectly located and there are many nice restaurants and bars in the area. Passeig de Gracia is only 10-15 minutes away and also public transport is in easy reach. The handover was done in a highly professional manner and we can recommend Habitat Apartments.

Todo muy bien excepto la luz q entra en las habitaciones al no tener las ventanas cortinas.
Sobre todo en la del fondo q no tiene ni siquiera contraventanas.
Las contraventanas de toda la vivienda estan muy deterioradas y cuesta trabajo cerrarlas.

Great location and apartment was spacious and light. Furnishings were a bit sparse and cooking utensils a bit basic. It would have been nice to have a few basics such as salt, pepper and oil. Please could we have more information about the heating which we couldn\'t work. A bus map would have been useful.

The representative met us as agreed. He spent time showing us around the appartment as well as explaining the best ways to get around the city. The appartment is beautiful, the balconies to the front are a lovely feature; bedrooms, living area, bathroom and kitchen are all clean and well presented. The appartment is well located just up from the busy areas of the city making exploration straightforward. The appartment offered excellent value for money and we enjoyed a lovely stay.

Un apartamento precioso, con estancias amplias y excelente ubicación. (algunos detalles a pulir: sobre todo insonorización al ser planta principal y zona centro, así como cortinas que no dejen pasar la luz por la mañana). Por lo demás, muy recomendable

A group of 3 friends and I rented the apartment from 8/14-8/18/2015.
Pros:
Representative arrived on time for check in
Apartment looks just as it does on the website and clean
In a nice and convenient location
Cons
Needs to be stocked with more towels, toilet issue, etc for more than a 2 night stay.
Should have a phone in apt. to make local calls
There was no dryer in apt as listed, only a washer
Had satellite tv but only one English Channel
Only one set of keys worked Habitat comments: Thank you for your kind feedback. We would like to inform you that there is no dryer in the apartment and it is not listed in the description (the available services are signed with blue pipe next to the facilities). We will check the key and change it to avoid similar cases. We hope we can welcome you back soon!

Excelente departamento, amplio, limpio, comodo y sobre todo muy bien ubicado, cerca de minimarkets, restaurantes, cafeterias, etc. Super recomendable, estuvimos 4 personas 2 en cada habitacion muy comodos...

Nice appartment and well located. Few things shall be improved such as having curtains in the back room which stop really the sun and few maintenance. All the rest has been ok. I recommend it. Ha sido una experiencia muy buena, el apartamento es muy cómodo y espacioso.
El único pero que tiene es que la habitación que da al interior no tiene contra ventanas, ni unas cortinas que no dejen entrar la luz.
