We very much enjoyed our stay. Alejandro checked us in to the apartment and was very informative. He offered suggestions of things to do in the Madrid and gave us instructions of the apartment. We found that the location was ideal, close to several tourist sites and close to a Metro stop. Our only negative comment was the poor air conditioning, the unit in the apartment did not work well and the apartment stayed warm during our stay in July. Stayed in Madrid this week, for 4 days, the weather was great, beating the british downpour of a summer we are having at the moment. From the outset the oems was good, when we arrived our rep met us at the apartment, everything explained very well, the apartment was very modern clean and tidy.
