The apartment and location were great. The only negative was the use of the SmartLock to enter the apartment. It requires an app on a phone to be used every time. If the phone battery runs out or the phone is lost or stolen there is no way to get into the apartment. It took several days to get the app working on my wife's phone so she could get into the apartment without me.

We had a wonderful stay. The apartment is in a fantastic location with easy access to everything Barcelona has to offer. The AC was perfect for a hot humid day. The kitchen was well equipped for any of our needs. Check-in was smooth and easy.

We have stayed in Habitat Apartments several times before cruising out of Barcelona.
We stayed in Art 1 this time.
The previous tenants were not out and were being difficult to get out. The apartment was thick with cigarette smell and extremely dirty. Thanks to the great cleaning crew and very much to my surprise, the apartment was mostly clean and fresh when we came back after the cleaning.
I would say that the apartment is very sparsely stocked. 1 wine glass, 3 coffee cups, etc...

Apartment is very centrally located next to La Rambla. Great size for 6 people to stay. They were very helpful with check in and allowed us to drop off luggage earlier than the 3pm check in which we really appreciated. Apartment is as advertised.Everything needed for a stay in Barcelona,bedrooms are very comfortable and large.Located in a great part of Barcelona,in the heart of the old town close to restaurants and walking distance to most sites.Would definantly recommend for a stay in Barcelona.Habitat apartments very easy to deal with

We stayed the first week in January. Apartment was spacious and provided everything we needed. It's the perfect location in that it's very central, however it's a busy area so very noisy at night, well after midnight, not traffic but people talking and standing around in the lanes. The apartment looked better in the photos. It's a bit tired, but clean and practical. I'd recommend it if you don't mind the noise.

Apartment was well located and generally comfortable, clean and quite reasonably priced and we enjoyed our stay.
However, some improvements could be made in terms of quality:
Shower in main bathroom needs changing as water flow is not as good as it could be.
Decor and some of the soft furnishings need renewing.
Quality of bath towels is poor.
More dishwasher tablets and bin bags could be left for guests

This was a great place for we three friends to explore Barcelona! Location can't be beat; the only downside was noise from the streets that we had read about in reviews - - so we prepared with ear plugs for sleeping. One problem we had was with finding it. The taxi driver I used brought me close to the building, pointing to the correct building. But a friend was dropped off a few blocks away and had a very difficult time finding it. Google Maps did not accurately map it.

Fin leilighet, sentralt og med gangavstand til både La Ramblas, badestrand og sightseeingbusser. Placa Reial med mange restaurnater i umiddelbar nærhet, og her får du både frokost, lunsj og middag.
Leiligheten bærer preg av å vere godt brukt, men er heilt ok. Har \"alt\"; vaskemaksin, oppvaksmaskin, kaffemaskin, gasskomfyr, vannkoker, og utstyr til 6 personer. Passer best for voksne pga nattelivet. Restauranten i nabohuset er Barcelonas eldste og verdt eit besøk. God mat og flott service.

Great place to stay! Family of 5 enjoyed our time in the spacious, clean, and modern apartment. We loved the location and would definitely stay there again. This is the third time we have used Habitat Apartments and each experience has been GREAT from beginning to end!

Fantastic apartment.We have stayed here twice and would highly recommend it for families especially ones with teenage or adult children. It is centrally located,clean,well stocked and very roomy.

Everything was perfect and the guy who assisted us was friendly and approachable, safe was running out of battery and wouldnt open so he rushed over to fix it. Would reccomend to anyone who visits Barcelona.

We were very pleased with apartment. Location is excellent. Yes the central location means it is noisy if you have the windows open BUT once we closed them at night we did not have any problems sleeping. There was enough room for the five of us and everything was working the way it should (aircon, wifi,fridge etc). I had read somewhere beds were hard BUT compared to some tourist class hotels I have stayed they were more than OK. The only thing that was not good - the safe did not work when we arrived and someone was supposed to get back to us about this but we never heard a word. Habitat comments: Thank you for your nice words. We are sorry that we missed to repair the safe, we check what happened exactly as we always try to handle every problems as soon as possible.

We stayed 4 nights at Art 1 apartment.
Good location and central for all bars and restaurants.
Because of location it is noisy into the early morning hours, this was not a problem for us.
Accommodation was fully furnished and well equipped. The living room furniture was uncomfortable but everything else was good.
TV had limited channels
We will be returning to Barcelona next year.

Perfect location for what we were looking for, as it offered easy access to Plaça Reial and Las Ramblas, as well as a quick walk to Barceloneta Beach. The alleys outside the apartment were always buzzing, but I enjoyed feeling the energy of the city, and had no problem sleeping. I would definitely rent this apartment again!

Nice and spacious apartment. Beds are ok, bedroom windows are well isolated, only friday and saturday it is adviced to sleep with earplugs or stay out until 0330.
The wifi is out of order when using the mainswitch.
There is a startup sequence for the devices, re-start the router when all is started up.

We loved the apartment. Modern, functional, clean, good size and the location was perfect. There was only 2 of us this visit but the place is big enough to accommodate 6 people especially with the two bathrooms.
There is noise from people coming in late at night and the noise of the streets outside - but this is to be expected when staying right in the Gothic Quarter in Barcelona where it all happens.
I would definitely stay here again! The location couldn\'t have been better!

It was interesting trying to find the apartment. The roads are narrow and cab dropped us on other side of piazza. A shop owner pointed the way. Rental manager was accommodating & met us earlier than planned. As other reviews stated, the apartment is dark and not as bright as it appears in pictures. A/C did not work well and you needed to open windows to cool down. Was noisy with windows open, so a bit of a challenge to balance. Otherwise fairly represented by company and other reviewers. / Habitat comments: thank you for your review. We have since installed a new air conditioning unit so now it is functioning correctly. The lighting has also been improved in the apartment.

The location was very good for exploring the city. The only reason why we would not book this apartment again is that it was very dark inside. There was rarely daylight in the rooms even though there was beautiful sunshine outside. The apartment is located in the first floor of an old house in a beautiful street in Barri Gothic. Excellent location. Close to everything, unfortunately this location and the first floor position also made the appartement very noisy. Football fans and partypeople singing and screaming during the night when we tried to sleep. Very helpful personel from Habitat when we called and needed help with lockers. // HABITAT COMMENTS: Thank you for your review. We are sorry for this inconvenience. This kind of problem occurs very rarely, although this apartment is situated in the city centre.

Great apartment in great location. Central to so many things to do and see. We had excellent service from Habitat from booking to arriving and leaving. Furthermore when I left a pendant behind they found it and posted it back to me in New Zealand, keeping me informed all the time. Great service - thank you to the Team at Habitat. The apartment is spacious and our three mature couples found it very comfortable and perfect for our needs. Two couples from New Zealand and one from England. We all enjoyed it.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Art 1 apartment. The apartment was very spacious and nicely decorated. We were very comfortable with all 4 family members. The location was extremely convenient as we loved being close to La Rambla, the beach and the cafe\'s and shops surrounding the apartment. We would definitely stay here again.

I wasn't sure what to expect considering that most Spain apartments are small. But this place had plenty of space for us. The 3 bedrooms with 3 queen beds was great. The location was also perfect a block or two off las rambles and next to villa real square, another area full of restaurants and bars. Only downside it was sometimes noisy with people outside the bar below us, but the windows do a good job of blocking most noise. Overall I would definitely recommend staying here.

Location was excellent! Very close to all the main sights, we did not use the metro or any other public transportation to visit key tourist objectives. Good for families with small children as it is well equipped and comfortable.

Fantastic apartment, beautifully clean and prepared. Very warm welcome, perfectly on time with helpful information. Great location. It would be helpful on the Arrival notes to tell guests which button to press on the intercom panel for the flat - we don\'t know at that point that we are in flat no. 1 on floor no. 1 - we just know it\'s Art #1 which isn\'t written on the button. Otherwise, very good joining and arrival info.

Very nice and comfortable appartment, in a great location! The only issue, we stayed during the weekend and the noise from the street did not really let us sleep. The following nights though, we were so tired from walking, that we droped dead to beds till next morning. Thank you very much for the apt service regarding the baby cot!

The apartment is very comfortable and clean. There is some noise from the street during the night, but it is not a problem. It is the life of Barcelona. Your are close to everything - the restaurants, shops, museums and the beach. We had an excellent time and enjoyed our stay very much.

The apartment has met all our expectations to nearly 100 %. It was spatious, clean, quiet (with windows closed) and well equipped with everything we needed. Its location was the best you could exptect for visiting the beautifull and lively center of Barcelona on foot. Shops for all daily needs, tapas bars and restaurants were close at hand. Because of two stations of Metro-Line L3 only 5 minutes walk away practically every place in the city could be reached within 30 minutes travel. Advice and assistance by the local respresentative of Habitat Apartments was at hand when needed.

We found your staff to be very accommodating, efficient, professional and responsive.
