Accommodation very well located, 2 steps from the metro and fully equipped kitchen area. Small annoying details: there are no kitchen towels available and the table plates are not suitable for the small dishwasher. Accommodation not very well soundproofed.

We had a very nice and comfortable stay in the Cool Jazz 52 Apartment in Barcelona. We were 2 couples and had sufficient space. The location is perfect to explore the city as it is only 3 min walking distance away from the Metro L5 (Sant Pau) and 10 min from Sagrada Familia. The Apartment itself was very clean, comfortable and stylish. One recommendation though: some hangers for the clothes in the small bedroom would be helpful as they were completely missing.

Très bon emplacement et bien équipé.
C’est un très bon rapport qualité/prix.
La dame a l’accueil est très sympathique et est disponible, il y a des casiers pour laisser nos bagages très pratique pour pouvoir profiter de la ville sans s’encombrer de nos valises.
Je recommande vivement cet établissement!!!

Nice fully equiped appartment on a good location, metro nearby. Walking distance from the Sagrada Familia. Friendly staff. We could leave our luggage earlier in the appartment. We highly recommend it!

Nice place in very good position really 50mt from underground.

Nice apartment well located near the Sagrada Familia and 2 minutes from the metro, helpful and friendly staff, the apartment is elegant and well equipped. We will be happy to return to the site the next time we are in Barcelona. - Habitat Reply:

Greetings, I departed your appt today after a 3 night stay ( the reservation was under the name of Jean Andersen, and she forwarded this review to me). The appt was lovely, efficient, clean and well located. The manager and staff we met were helpful , friendly and informative. The beds were very comfortable and I will stay here again I when I return to Barcelona.
Two suggestions t for the appt is to include one or two kitchen towels and a dish strainer/drying

The apartment was very clean and modern. The location was excellent- only 5 mins walk from Sagrada Familia. The check in staff were friendly and helpful.
The WiFi in the apartment was very poor, we stayed on the 5th floor and hardly got any signal. Our safe broke with all of our valuables inside- this happened on a Sunday so there were no staff to help us. We did however manage to get through to a lady on the emergency number who was very helpful and we got it fixed.

Prachtig appartement, met een mooie functionele indeling. Keuken is bijzonder en van alle apparaten voorzien. Buiten is zelf ook nog een wasmachine (Bij aankomst ontvang je 2x wasmiddel). De vaatwasser is tevens erg makkelijk.
Let op als je appartement verlaat dat zorgt de key ervoor dat alle stroom
wordt afgesloten, dus je wasje of vaatwas draaien alleen als je aanwezig bent! Bedden zijn heerlijk.Kortom Perfect voor gezin

It’s a lovely place, we enjoyed our time in Barcelona and relaxing in the apartment, we highly recommend this place for the vacation.

Everything is basicly ok, and apartment is good, for vacation.
We had a booking for 5, but linen and towels for 4 person, but we arrived back from town at midnight, so wasn't possible, to get extra linen.
Otherwise, this apartment is with a good location and with good tranportation.

I traveled with my teenage sons, 16 and 19. We loved the apartment, it really is cool. We were delighted to have a little balcony, excellent air con, space, comfy beds and equipment such as hairdryer, iron etc. The location is brilliant for metro and bus allowing us to use our travel cards to the max! The area around the apartment has many bars,cafe and restaurants within walking distance and is a welcome calm environment compared to the bustle closer to town.

Posizione molto comoda, a pochi metri dalla fermata della metro e a 5 minuti a piedi dalla Sagrada Familia. L'appartamento è bellissimo, molto pulito e perfettamente corrispondente alle foto.
C'è la lavatrice ed è dotato di tutti i confort!
Vivamente consigliato!!!

El departamento es precioso y muy bien ubicado. Solo tuvimos un problema con el agua caliente y fueron en el mismo día a reparlo, super buen servicio.
Está bien ubicado a media cuadra del metro y a 5 de la Sagrada Familia. Muy recomendable.
Solo se podría mejorar (por decir algo) la temperatura ya que es un poquito frío, pero nada que no se pueda aguantar.
Gracias por todo, nos vamos con ganas de volver a Barcelona!

Great location five mins walk from Sagrada Familia / Hospital Saint Pau. One min walk to underground. Accommodation was perfect for family of four with the kids sharing a room. Master bedroom very comfortable. Apartment slightly smaller than expected but nonetheless had everything we needed. Super shower! Big TV, efficient fridge / freezer. There is a hob and microwave with grill, but no oven. Agent was running late and disappointingly didn\'t call to let us know. We waited for 30 mins outside.

La verdad es que es un apartamento agradable y comfortable, muy cerca del metro L5. Cuando llegamos no estaba la cuna ni la sillita, pero nos la trajeron una hora más tarde.
Propondría que incluyeran los manuales de los electrodomésticos, ya que la lavadora solo habla finés por ejemplo...
También las toallas podrían estar más limpias...

Overall - happy enough. Decor and state of apt is not as \'deluxe\' as it would appear on the website - but good enough for a few days.
One small point which would make a huge difference - Habitat personnel should ensure that the heating and lights are put on for 15 mins before arrival. We had high expectations of this apt from the webiste and our first impression were disappointing - cold and dark. Its a different space when the lights are on and the place is warn!

The apartment was one of the best i\'ve stayed in, clean, close to the metro, quiet with all modern equipment.
Only improvements needed is that the wi-fi could have been faster and better instructions for the cooker and dishwasher.

The apartment was well located and easy to find. Great service from Habitat throughout our stay. Apartment was fine for us (2 adults + baby) but would be pretty cramped with 6 people staying in it. Good value for money.
